When Giphy was sold, Invision's code/contract with them ended, therefore ending the use of Giphy. Additionally, the GIF button shows the "powered by GIPHY" gifs without issue as far as I can tell. If not logged in, images across the site do not display for logged out users, unregistered users and/or guests.
