Nice to see somebody had the Salem brain again and remembered masks

Jada and Eric have chemistry. I wouldn't mind them becoming a couple for a while, until the Ericole reunion. But I gotta say I also saw a little bit of chemistry with Xander as well.

And, Chad and Sonny...  Idk what they're going to do with them, but I really love their friendship/relationship. I don't want them to be a couple, but I wouldn't mind something happening between them as a result of Chad's grief. And also, purple really is Zach's color

Why would it go unpunished?  She was imprisoned and pardoned for her crimes that she had committed prior to Abigail's murder.  So once it is discovered that Gwen killed Abigail, framing Sarah, and breaking out of prison when she did, she'll be arrested, and eventually imprisoned.  Although, hopefully Abigail will turn out not be dead a la EJ, Vivian, etc.

So I am watching Days on Peacock right now to get used to the new normal lol, and I just have to say Billy Flynn is awful playing a drunk!  When I watch people on soaps play drunk I often wonder if they have ever been drunk in real life.  I did laugh when he was playing with the little toothpick swords in the background though.  Chad/Sonny really do have an intriguing dynamic.  Idk if it's because I have a potential hookup in my head or that is what the actual show is toying with.

Jada was kind of obnoxious with Xander today.  People should be obnoxious with Xander, but she just came in 5 minutes ago.  Calm down.  I was actually annoyed by her, but she was okay with Eric.

It's hard to make Jackee boring, but Days managed to do it.  Paulina/Abe talking about his political career is sleep inducing.  Paulina shipping Ericole is weird too.  She doesn't even know them.

I'm two days behind and the only thing appealing about the show is will they or won't they pertaining to Sonny and Chad.  Seeing Jackee and Kate is great but the rest of the show is trash. The backstage drama is better than the actual show.

i guess that's the question on everyone's minds now, Will Chad and Sonny hookup? otherwise nothing seems that interesting, i still would like to watch though,

the show's dynamic is way to slow and uninteresting from i am being able to see and have heard here, If CBS wants that to draw attention to Peacock they would have to at least give them a bigger Budget, if Ron cared at all he could have asked for some more money for the show, Even Trash needs a budget to be reasonable, the cheap trash they're doing doesn't draw much public to tv much less to streaming, I wish they could've brought Kristian Back as well as Kassie DePaiva as Eve too, just for a short while to stir up drama for a while, i would like if they brought Kristian Alfonso solely as Gina, she is better at playing evil, But The Actual Gina ressurrected by Rolf, Older and Wiser She would Go head to head Against the DiMeras, imagine a loop in Stefano's Will Giving her Powers on DE, Then by the end, Greta would come back and reveal her paternity, Stefano or John? either would cause drama, and Gina would die for good, together with DR. Rolf, and we could have the peace of Mind no one would Come back from the dead for a while

RSW as Alex was a little better today, but I still think he's trying too hard.

And it was nice to know that Allie actually cares about her mother. I am curious to see what's going to happen to Lucas now.

By unpunished I mean, not going to prison, or only serving a few months and getting off, just like now. And since EOB isn't going anywhere, if she turns out to be the killer, that might happen.

    • Haven't seen today's ep yet but so will be interested to see the clothes. So far I think they have been very character specific (even if I don't like some of them eg Kat's cutsie style) Anita is very showy/glittery, Nicole classic elegance, Dani sexy/bold colors etc. Unlike Y&R which seems much more generic. Also BTG pays attention to the men's wardrobe and has developed a style for the boyz-which is harder to do with male fashion. The absence of any of Derek/Ashley at any of these big events again demonstrates how they are in a different universe to the rest of the show. Not that a nurse and a fireman would be there but still they seem destined at this point to stay in their own lane and have little interaction with the core of the show.
    • Agnes had written for Bernard Grant for many years on TGL as well as Ernest Graves and Joe Gallison,Doris Belack,Robert Milli, and  Antony Ponzini at AW. So she would probably gravitate to writing a role with an actor in mind or choosing someone she had written for before who she knew could deliver.
    • Once Johnny Dallas' cut himself off from Laurie Ann Karr and their son, and once Laurie successfully recovered from her mental problems, she wanted a new, fresh, and healthy start for the next chapter of her life. She legally reverted her name and changed John Victor's  surname to Karr. After moving to the country (when Teri  Keane was dropped from the show), Bill and Martha Marceau legally adopted Jennifer, the baby girl whom they had earlier taken in when the child's biological mother, Taffy Simms (and other bio family members) proved to be unfit to raise her. Jennifer legally and emotionally became a Marceau, and gave that name to her own daughter, whom Jennifer birthed through surrogacy as a single parent. Et...voila! The Karr and Marceau legacies live on.

    • BLQ is having second thoughts regarding putting her baby up for adoption. Chase is upset he can't tell Dante. So both are putting this on at lulus feet. Saying she is holding it over them. Lulu is doing none of this.
    • Yes she absolutely was involved in that story which seems to have gone nowhere.  She didn't start to remove herself from the writing until 1973.
    • Y'all are bringing back great memories of AMC 2.0 for me.  I haven't thought about it and the new characters in so long, well since it aired, and I plan to go re-watch it now. When AMC ended, I finally came to peace with it and accepted that I will never watch an hour of a TV show daily in my life again... something that I had been doing since I was 6-7 years old. I was starting a new career, relationship, and chapter in life when AMC 2.0 came out.  I found a way to watch it, but things felt differently for me at the time and when it was so short-lived and gone, it became such a distant memory, sadly.
    • That's a great point. I wish the writing could find those nuances.
    • After all Lulu's been through with her coma and missing years I can get her being on the sensitive side especially when talking to her mother.  I was thinking it was more a culmination of everything than just this one particular problem.
    • I see her moral dilemma, too, and I don't think Lulu was out of line. I just felt it was overboard for her to break down in tears over her dilemma.
