Two brothers and two sisters in a quadrangle. I'd say the gold standard of sibling quadrangles was Y&R's Lance/Lucas/Leslie/Lorie. That quad had the Le Morte d'Arthur influence and biblical allusions, plus Lance and Lucas's mother Vanessa in the background which took the quad to a whole other level.
