Right cause Jamie Luner’s Liza did not look like she went to high school with Tad, Angela, and Jessie. that remind me of when Philece Sampler took over the role of Donna Love, who was Rachel Cory’s classmate. 

I wouldn't have bought Jamie Luner as a Hillary recast EITHER.  If Chuck Pratt and Julie Hanan Carruthers were so intent to bring her aboard AMC, then they should've gone to the trouble of creating an all-new character -- or, at the very least, hire her as a recast for a character who didn't loom large in AMC's history.

I’m sorry but Ulrich would’ve been wayyy too old to play Beth; a Hope Bauer recast in the 90’s would’ve worked but also wouldn’t have. She was too old to play Diana on ATWT as well but that is what it is. 
 

In defense of Ulrich I do wish she had stayed in daytime as I’m quite sure should’ve fit well into a long term running vixen role as opposed to the insipid roles shows like Dallas, Wings, Sisters, Major Dad etc gave her when she was looking for her “big break “ that never happened.

I wouldn't cast her as Julie Chandler. Maybe Cecily Davidson?

I'm actually curious how things would have gone if she took a break from vixens and tried her hand as one of the replacement Ninas on AMC or Sallys on AW. Probably not that well.
