One & Done: Actors Who Only Appeared on One Soap

I guess this would be the flip side of the soap hoppers thread. Susan Lucci is known of course for playing the same role on the same soap for over 40 years - but she appeared on bit parts in other soaps before landing AMC. I'll start with the actors whose characters inspired my username and go from there.

AFAIK, Meg Ryan, Marisa Tomei and Lyndsay Frost, Steven Weber, as well as ex-wife Finn Carter were only ever on ATWT.

Lauryn Hill who did one or two film roles before devoting herself to music, only appeared on ATWT as well.

 

Nia Long was only on GL, I think.

l'm pretty sure that Kim Johnston Ulrich appeared on ATWT in the previous decade.

I'm trying to think of performers who had fairly prominent roles on a show but never accepted another daytime gig.

Phil Morris, who went on to play Jackie Chiles, only did Y&R.

Tricia Cast, who has been acting since she was a child has only been in Y&R, it looks like.

Armand Assante (and Lauren "MJ" White) appeared on "How to Survive a Marriage" before TD. I read that Gil Gerard had a short-term role on DAYS in 1997 - but I don't know if that's true. @JAS0N47 could probably tell you for sure.
