Maybe Varni & Frank made it difficult

Sounds Like YR & GH both have messes BTS

I just found out the article about Tyler was not true. I still think Varni and Frank both did not want to give Tyler what he asked for when neg his contract but will give his friends what ever they wanted.

In that case, good. Seemed odd he would just trash his prior show, even if it may have deserved it. Burning bridges and all that jazz.

just re read that and I should have known it was fake when TC supposedly said that Nick Stabile called hom WEEKS before Nick began as Nicholas. Thats false. Nick Stabile was a last minute recast. He may have had a day or two between before filming but not weeks

Wow. That blog has some nerve. I had heard it was fake. Nice to see it confirmed it was. Leave me with hope he can still be Nicholas Alamain and not a new character. I too hope he sues that blog.

Although I do think Varni/Frank treated him shabbily and I bet he did feel a bit burned by them, he's not going to trash the show. DAYS doesn't have the best track record with introducing soap vets from other shows LOL.

IIRC, last time we saw Nicholas Alamain he was played by a talented kid who was probably half TC's age.

It was. Cody Longo played Nicholas in 2011 to usher Carly off. Victor Webster played the rapidly aged (too aged imho) Nicholas in 1999.

Yeah, Webster was always too old. I liked Cody Longo, it should be a guy in that age range. But at this point it's entirely possible they'll overshoot and cast TC.

It should be a guy in Longo's age range. Christopher seems to fit the role but for all we know he's a new Ron creation. Just seems too coincidental with the timing of adding Tyler and bringing back Vivian.

Giddings says TC's character is not Nicholas Alamain but is connected to Vivian  B)
