Well Sally brought in Reed with no one in his age group in the canvas. She didn't clearly think it out before bringing him on.

Technically they aren't newbies. Also they have to build the young part of The YOUNG and the Restless

Well, the ages are all mess up on this soap. She can just be with Reed. Aging the twins to build the young part up isn't the way to go.

No offense but you think giving them teenagers will do anything storywise? You think it's really smart to give a girl who still looks like a teenager herself teenagers? And more newbies isn't the answer.

I'm just laughing myself silly over this news.  Oh, that Y&R.  Anything to keep from admitting Cane and Lily are dead-end characters.

It's just going to be Victoria 2.0 with Lily in the lead role.

I can see this being a way to not have to create further story for Cane and Lily. The teens will get more and Lily and Cane can be pushed off to the sidelines as "Mom and Dad".

 

 

Either way, I do think it is what I've suspected for awhile. Sally is struggling to come up with stories.
