Members Euclid219
From ABC's report, the following 18-49 ratings can be inferred (I think!) for the CBS soaps: Y&R - 2.0/1.9 B&B - 1.6/1.5 ATWT - 1.1 GL - 1.1 Y&R and B&B are murky because AMC does not directly compare its ratings to theirs. Not enough info to compute for DAYS and PAS.

Members Soapsuds
I am baffled by the low ratings. Days should have gone up. ATWT should have gone up too. Both shows were good last week. OLTL was good as well. I just dont understand these ratings. ATWT had 2.7 on Monday yet they dip to a low of a 2.3? The Nielsen Ratings are starting to have lesser value to me. I think they are a bunch of crock!

Members Angela
The Rating (2.5, 2.4) is just a percentage of the people with TV's on at that time that are watching, so it's fair to say a soap can go up 250,000-300,000 viewers and won't give them +.2 if there's more TV's on and more of those people are watchuing something else. If there's less people watching TV that day/week overall and they go down 120,000 on that same hand it won't really necessarily reflect on the ratings with the same number or -.1 if the less people watching are sticking with AMC over something else on. Confusing, eh? lol, sorry, if I made it more so. I'm not even sure I explained it right.
