January 27, 201510 yr Member Have we discussed this? Disney is preparing an Indiana Jones revival... and they're eyeing Chris Pratt for the role! http://deadline.com/2015/01/chris-pratt-indiana-jones-guardians-of-the-galaxy-disney-1201360637/ http://popwatch.ew.com/2015/01/27/chris-pratt-as-indiana-jones-good-idea-or-bad-idea/?hootPostID=6b234ca7d5e724e042a416aaa37cdb00 The last one was so mind-numbingly bad... I don't even know what to think or expect.
January 27, 201510 yr Member Yeah, I was so damn disappointed in Crystal Skull. They really wasted the potential with Shia, who despite being weird as hell, is a great actor.
January 27, 201510 yr Author Member They really wasted the potential with Shia, who despite being weird as hell, is a great actor. You're my boo for a reason!! Yes, I've always thought Shia LaBooBoo is great. Charismatic, and beautiful too. A shame his disastrous personal life ruined (for now) a very promising career. Edited January 27, 201510 yr by YRBB
January 27, 201510 yr Member If they're smart it won't be a reboot-reboot, IMO. No one can replace Harrison. Say it's his kid (not Shia LaBeouf's character).
January 28, 201510 yr Member HATE SHIA LEBEOUF, HATE HIM WITH A PASSION!!! That said, Harrison Ford is Indy. Period. This is one of the cases where I won't accept any replacement.
January 28, 201510 yr Member I think the movies (the first one mainly) worked because of how they were made, not because of Ford (although he did a great job), but I think it's time to let this rest and just do new action/adventure movies with a new name attached to the title. I like Chris Pratt a lot, but he doesn't have the slightly dangerous quality to his work that Indy needs.

January 30, 201510 yr Member Didn't they already sort of do this with that tv-series starring Sean Patrick Flanery as a young Indiana Jones?
