November 17, 201411 yr Member Yeah, but they won't have to. Mo re-signed and will take some time off in January. However, Mo's exit would just move FrankenTodd/Howarth to The Lead male. Who really wants that?
November 17, 201411 yr Author Member I rather see a doctors role take the place... Preferably a HARDY!!
November 17, 201411 yr Member Oh, is he confirmed? I guess they made him sweat. I had no doubt, though.
November 17, 201411 yr Member Yes cause there was a show before him and there'll be one after him too
November 17, 201411 yr Author Member what a silly question I know it is.... I posted the same thing and people on the FB page. And they stupidly said that GH will be canceled if he leaves. SMH
November 17, 201411 yr Member I think the show would thrive without him. He's been front and center for far too long. But I won't hold my breath about him leaving.
November 17, 201411 yr Member I would happily take Maurice on a Tony Geary schedule. I also think it might help his performance level at this point.
November 17, 201411 yr Member I rather see a doctors role take the place... Preferably a HARDY!! I'd like to see Guiding Light come back. Can we get that too? I think the show would thrive without him. He's been front and center for far too long. But I won't hold my breath about him leaving. It would likely be about the same. More of Filler Miller, Howarth horrifying with his bad haircut, Maura West vamping, those annoying brats mugging, Kukla doing her best Ruth Buzzi, and Stafford eating away the last of the viewer goodwill.
November 18, 201411 yr Member Yes cause there was a show before him and there'll be one after him too You've got that right! I know this is hard to beleive to come people but it was actually a pretty good show back then. The Quartermains were front and center for decades. Crime was actually a bad thing back then. and there were actually happily married couples on the show like Steve and Audrey, Bobbie and Tony, Ned and Lois etc... I wonder if Maurice now makes more than Leslie Charleson (Who started in 1977). Wouldn't be suprised. Even if he gets paid per episode, he'll make more than her by the end of the week.
