Thats his claim which may or may not be believed. Personally I think there's a lot of stuff that Taylor is hiding or might not remember accurately.

And if Eric's version of events is even half true there may have been a period where Taylor was alone with the rest of the team or by himself where someone else (unknown) attacked him. That's all I'm saying.

At this point I am going to believe Taylor until actual evidence proves him wrong. The point I was making is that there was already diminished capacity with Eric, which is the starting point for him losing consciousness.

Who says that they are ignoring it? Just because they found GHB on his system that proves nothing. It doesn't prove that Eric  gave him the GHB. It doesn't prove that anyone gave it to him. Where's the actual proof that it was forced into Taylors system?

The only evidence they have at this moment is that Taylor had it in his body/system. After that it's a matter of he said versus he said as to HOW the GHB got into his body. So at that point its completely understandable why they didn't pursue the case given that and all the texts.

I just dont believe in automatically rushing to judgment in situations as serious as this.

Who willingly ingests GHB? It's commonly known as a date rape drug. Even if he wasn't an intended target, he was still drugged. How in the world would he be capable of consenting to anything that happened to him? I'll wait.

If anything the fact that he has clothes with GHB on them, should corroborate his story regarding the inability to consent. He was drugged. Anyone who touched him, when he could not consent is a rapist.

Yeah Kevin needs to get that a$$ whooped for this episode. So annoyed with him and the team right now.

But most of all I'm saddened by Eric's decision/action tonight. Poor Taylor I dunno why he went...does he still feel something for Eric? Does Eric care at all about Taylor?

Kevins parents are losing it....and so are Eric's. Next week looks crazy. I can't wait a whole damn week.

After this past episode, I've pretty much lost interest in this show. I don't know what it is, maybe I am just so exhausted from how horrible all of these characters are, but I can't even find it in myself to muster up any kind of energy or excitement in this show to further invest. It's well written, but not a satisfying watch at all.

I can't believe that was done without a parent present, and why wasn't Eric prepped?

The principal is letting those kids bully him. Going to his office and demanding an explanation and he's giving it to them?  He's handling this all wrong. Leslie would never be bullied by those kids!

Going to call it: Kevin's discussion with the rest of the team about getting to Taylor, whether or not he knew what they were going to do, indicated to me they've done things on his word many times before. My bet: Either Kevin and the team raped Taylor at the party (probably without Eric, who either didn't know or thought Taylor was consenting) after he and Eric hooked up, or Kevin again 'suggested' it to the others, who committed the rape.

Leslie's big plan for the school and Eric bombed hard, and her fatal flaw is that she approaches these moving parts and human beings in a more schematic way, on a grander scale - from the point of view of pure strategy. She doesn't account for the nuances of human nature that enter into it, or rather that a lot of these people aren't as smart or hyper-aware as she is. She gets caught up in what appears to be a grand design, but doesn't account for how her design will fit the moment or the people involved. She thinks they'll just fall into place, and they don't.

Leslie is very smart. She is well educated. She has a keen insight into everyone's motivations, which is why she knew that the mother wouldn't settle. She needs to make the school accountable for their actions, and the only way that truly happens is for her case to go in front of a court. Her education, and professional acumen is what makes her so dangerous, and loathsome. Especially in comparison to the other administrators, who seem to genuinely want to help their districts. Leslie doesn't give a real damn about any of these kids. She just wants a legacy to put her name next to.

    • It's so jarring seeing the changeover from Sherry Mathis to Louan Gideon.  The vibe, mannerisms, and overall personality of Liza changes instantly. The chemistry Sherry has with both David F and Joe Lambie is gone the second the recast happens.  I wonder how viewers took the news of the recast since you didn't have time in between airings before the change happened. Quinn/Sarah... One overacts (Quinn) and one under acts (Sarah). Wendy of 1985 is a good mix of the 1982 sweet Wendy and the 1983/84 vixenish Wendy.
    • Oups!! I guess when i was doing the editing, i left a part of 3169, too (RTL Lounge airs 2 episodes per day back to back). Sorry about that ! Tonight i ll try to record 3171-3172. If i m not mistaken 3172 is missing from YouTube.

    • I would put Felicia in the 'small dose' auntie category because she means well, but comes on too strongly at times.  In small doses, she would be a blast to hang out with.. but in anything larger than a small... she would be exhausting. I tend to prefer lower key people than people that are always 'on' all the time.  Those people can veer off into energy vampire status pretty quickly.
    • I didn't like the Harry story, but Nazar did have a great introduction. He was probably the highlight of last year.  Now that you mention it, I guess the truly dire stories (Nicole, Harper/Drew/Phil, Nicole) didn't start until summer.
    • thank you all for contributing to the Vault. I am slowly getting towards watching the 1998 episodes

    • I pray⏤and I know it's a big prayer⏤that Noel Maxam is somehow able to figure things out budget-wise so we can stop re-dressing existing sets as "new" sets. I know in apartment buildings apartments can generally look the same, but I'm over it on this soap. The last time he was executive producer was in 2011 when the original Horton Town Square was introduced, and we had some other sets get introduced around this time (likely pre-commissioned prior to his election), but I'm trying to have some hope he can pull this off. Let's [finally] see it.
    • Definitely not the best of RC's breakdowns. I don't know what it says that I could pick up his trademarks yesterday 30 minutes in without even knowing that he did one. There was something more...quirky/boardstroked...about Dani. Though I love the Dani/Nicole scenes, she was just a little too hip?...which made me think back to the episode when she broke into Bill/Hayley's house. Then watching the episode later on, I saw Hayley was being used as a punchline to the more interesting and relevant Bill/Ted scenes (see you all were just talking about how you hoped they got scenes...one thing this show is great at...what people want on this board...they already have the foresight for it. The reason I feel the DNA test will get mentioned @Cheap21 in more detail). And then poor Anita reduced for the most part propping up an album.    Needless to say, not my favorite RC episode. And since we are in aftermath week, I just smh. And barely worth a rewatch. BUT...was there good for me?    Yes. Thankfully, we still got good aftermath beats regardless of the breakdown.   Like I said, I really like the Dani/Nicole scenes. But I love their dynamic. And I was looking forward to the shoe being on the other foot once the SilkPress storyline hit climax. Quirks aside, it did not disappoint. Dani came in, and she came in fierce for her sister. I loved her attacking Eva. And then her being surprisingly introspective about Nicole due to her own experience. No wonder Nicole reacted to her being self-aware. So did I.    Meanwhile Bill and Ted finally met up. I'm kinda sad that we did not get that sooner given the scenes that played out sidepiece in the background aside. It might have been interesting to see more of their status as non-Duprees coming into the family explored.    And of course I can't leave without mentioning Eva vs SilkPress Sheila which was the highlight. Both of them were giving. And SilkPress was just so cold with it. I did love that Eva finally stopped letting her gaslight her. Sad to see the duo break up. But I did love that she went to Ted. So...the next turn begins.   And speaking of turns...uh oh at Kat and Tomas. I'm sure he won't be staying away from her. So most definitely, Kat vs Eva ain't over. It will be interesting to see how it goes now that most people know that Kat was right all along.
    • Nah I enjoyed it much more last year because of the Harry plot that ended during that time. Nazar being introduced and them. But this time it is so lame and nothing I like forward to anymore and I’m one of them long time fans. Of course I would be upset if they would cancel it but maybe take a year off or two and return refreshed
