She's busy being a talk-show host

Kelly Ripa did AMC simultaneously with a popular national well known show. I don't see why Budig couldn't do an acting gig while hosting a much smaller show that most people have never heard of

If Cartini hadnt [!@#$%^&*] over Susan Haskell during her final months at OLTL in 2011, I could see her as Nina

What is Christina Chambers up to these days? I could see her as the beloved daughter of a powerful, connected family. Not so much MA or KDP and sure as hell not Budig. There's a reason all three actresses played forced, trashy retcons.

Budig is horrible, no talent with an obnoxious face and demeanor. Blaire is too country for the role of the wealthy daughter from New York, but she is the right age. She doesn't do soaps anymore but someone like Lori Loughlin has the right age and looks like she can portray "money". Silas is about 50, I assume his young love will be too.

What most disturbs me is where a wealthy young daughter is to be found, wealthy evil parents are sure to lurk. They will be the new Quartermaines eventually, filling out the wealthy family role on the show. Then she will get a ne'er do well handsome playboy brother and so on.
