OMG I can't with y'all calling Liam boring & unappealing when (until Friday) he was on for two whole episodes during which the ONLY thing he did is be charming and ask out people to meals. My God, who expects anyone to care or be excited for a brand new character that has been introduced in a pretty low-key fashion? Patience, lovelies, patience. I hope he turns out good after all the yammering I've heard over the years about Mark Collier.

Nick's Murder storyline is brilliant. Just amazing. I cannot with Sami and Ciara arguing and Hope's shocked face at the price of the earring. I am so surprised that it was EJ who found Nick's tag--I always thought that would play into the police investigation.

Jordan... I'm still on the fence. Not that I think her story isn't all right (and could possibly become great) but the casting isn't helping, even though I'm on the fence about Stause as well.

It's so great how Eric is showing jealousy for Nicole/Daniel, slowly showing that he has feelings for her too. They have been doing SUCH an amazing job with this story.

If Julie were used regularly I doubt she'd be so loved and fished over. She benefits greatly from only ever popping in. She's able to live off the legacy of her history, be used currently but not ruined. I fear if she were on regularly then she'd be trashed like most.

Second awesome christmas episode from Ford, again. I loved all the scenes, but thought Anne and her plan wasn't very clear, at least to me.

Maggie's closing speech and breaking the fourth wall to the audience was really well done.

I wish the show would let Eric and Brady interact a little bit more - they have hardly had a scene together since Kristen skipped town (the scenes at the Police station are the only ones I can think of). Kristen pretty much wrecked their lives but the way both have been coping (or not coping) and reacting couldn't be more divergent. Eric's trying to clear his name and fight to get back what he may loose while processing a trauma he only remembers partially in first person. Meanwhile Brady is self-destructing. I love the contrast.

I guess we will never know unless SSH came back fulltime, but I doubt it would be the same. I assume you are comparing her to Maggie? Julie is unapologetically tribalistic in all things Horton - she doesn't care if it is hypocritical and that brazen attitude is something to behold. Maggie is naggy and judgemental - big difference.

I agree it is too early to declare him boring. But he did indirectly make Dan jealous and loose his cool, emotions not becoming for SalemJesus - so Liam gets a +1 in my book.

Anyway, he seems too clean cut to actually be clean cut.

Usually I dont like mouthy kids on soaps (GH's Emma, Im looking at you), but its different with Ciara. I adore her and her attitude. LB has really grown as an actress bc she was cringeworthy when I first started watching

I think Anne wanted the attention and to be the one to do something good for the kids. She didnt want to be upstaged by Hortons. Maybe weak, but I wasnt complaining as it meant seeing more of her

I liked the reactions to Sydney to. I cant beleive she's still calling Nicole mommy though. You'd think Sami would have a talk to her about that. I also was thinking, its the end of the year and they still havent recasted this child.

If Days doesnt get cancelled by then, Ciara is so going to steal Ali's bf when they are older

Gabi needs to be drop-kicked the way she keeps saying murder. How insatiably stupid can you be? But I LOLed at the way she said "I'm going to bed. Merry Christmas!" to Sonny and Will. It sounded as if she was planning to hibernate until after the holidays (oh, please, make it so!)

It looks like they're setting up Kate & Stefano for a reunion. Awesome. What a great ending when Stefano pushes the doors open to the DiMera living room and sing-songs "I'm baaaaack!" Oh, DAYS, I love you.
