October 12, 201312 yr Member Two covers I prefer over the originals (by Lipps Inc. and The Righteous Brothers respectively)
October 24, 201312 yr Member Ironic to say this on John Lennon's birthday but I'd be lying if I didn't say I like Elton's voice better. I like Fine Young Cannibals "Suspicious Minds" about equally to Elvis' version. Applcin... Elvis version is actually not the original version on the song. This is the original version, which I happen to like the best.

November 15, 201312 yr Member This. It's my favorite cover ever. Even though, Ron Isley does duet with Rod. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N9eQShsxkj4 As well as this one. I love Springsteen. But, I hate his original version of this. This version turned this song into a very well known song that now is a staple of classic rock radio. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2GCr1eTbxbw A third one I prefer to the original (Jon Brion's version) is this...Rhett took the song and turned it into a more upbeat and fun song. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=978mqSCxkHY Also. My other favorite has already been mentioned. And, that's Ryan Adams cover of Wonderwall. Edited November 17, 201312 yr by Golden Duck
