Jeffrey has not been seen around Genoa City for a while now but we'll see Gloria's ne're-do-well hubby again on July 8, which means his portrayer, Ted Shackelford, who reprised the role of Gary Ewing on the rebooted DALLAS, is also back! Given how meddlesome Anita has been in Chelsea's personal life, expect Jeffrey to also get involved.

They have no purpose but some people like them for comic relief. Chelsea really doesnt need Jeffery around though.

I know that Chelsea had "become popular" mostly due to her being paired with Adam. But does anyone really care about this character enough to have family come in for story just for her. I could see if he was coming in to be paired with some other character that I care about...but to come in for Chelsea...spare me.

He was already on the show long before Chelsea came to town. I just don't get why we need Jeffery or Gloria period. Their story with the mob was awful!

I know I'm in the minority, but I've always loved Gloria. I actually miss the days of her being relevant, but I still enjoy her when we get to see her. Jeffrey, I can take or leave!
