I don't think Neela is in the picture at all. I think Vimal will mostly be there as window dressing for Rama, who will continue to drive story even though she's recurring. Basically how it was on ABC.

I'm questioning how they're gonna do the ages of the teens, but can we assume Jack is in college now too? Matthew, Dani and Destiny definitely are.

When OLTL went off the air last year, I believe he was a sophomore. He should be a junior but they could SORAS him to a senior and have him finish HS this spring. I guess it depends on if they want a HS teen scene this fall. Destiny/Dani/Matthew should all be in the middle of their freshman year of college right now

Hmm ok. I remember that cast list seemed to indicate Jack was 18 and Dani was 17 and Matthew and Destiny were 20s but I don't think that's what we're going with anymore. Wikipedia says Dani had her 17th birthday in October 2011 and Destiny's 17th birthday was apparently in October 2010. But they were all in the same grade, right? I know that GH referred to Dani being away at college.

I haven't quite wrapped my brain around the reality that this will not be FV/RC's OLTL so I wonder how sort of OTT characters like Rama and Vimal will fit it, and if David Vickers will be closer to his original self.

Itll be fine. I think its smart that Pepperman, Horgan & Racina decided to continue with the ABC cast & add to that where necessary. Also with Horgan back maybe we will get some late 80's-mid 90's characters back like The Gannons for example.

I would assume yes but they also might have assumed he wasn't interested since he lives in LA
