I did love it. I'll admit it. What I didn't love is they kept Nate on the show afterwards instead of running him out on a fuckin' rail.

I think some of the actors just coasted to the finale. Nate had no story from Sept 2011-Jan 2012. They shoulda dropped him and kept Joey & Kelly

Well keeping Joey I woulda loved & getting Kish back for the final months especially since kim was there. They shoulda left GG dead & had FF play Stacy come back just as Kyle was gonna co-adopt Sierra Rose

Hold The Diploma was the best (and only good) thing Nate ever contributed to the show! That whole thing was hilarious. Now that's what I call pomp and circumstance.

I'd heard they'd tried for Kish but couldn't get it. There could be any numbers of reason for that, either the network or just as likely, the actors saying no.
