I'm not sure what it did. LOL It's largely forgotten though it was a mess--Matteo, Hayley in a cage,that mysterious woman in white from Adam's past and that bloody bleeding tattoo--it had some slight supernatural element from what I recall (this was in that post DAYS era when AMC had a few attempts at wackier stories).

I'm not sure what it did. I definitely remember the Lee Hawkins storyline with Camille. I just didn't remember the tattoo making anyone psychic. I know Mateo turned psychic but I thought Hayley was the one with the tattoo.
