Yes. It's also not my point. Kim Delaney and MEK might have been young and untested when they debuted on AMC, but charisma, for lack of a better word, allowed them to become audience favorites and carried them through their initial green-ness on screen. They, and others, had a spark. Too many young actors today (on soaps, and elsewhere) don't have even a flicker.

I'm sorry, but Ryan Bittle looks old enough to be Cady's piece, not her son.

    • Thanks so much for that detail. Robotic cameras? How does that work? So it seems that the eateries are permanent sets, hence why we see them everyday. PB said the Abbott house is permanent. Maybe the Newman Ranch. That means the only money is being spent on erecting  a couple of other sets to be used for that week  eg Nate's apartment, Billy's house, Newman office etc It really is destroying the storytelling. Especially with JG's focus on business stories.
    • I think Dominic's one of the show's better talents.  They seemed to have decided very late in the run they needed some kind of forced conflict.  It would have been more interesting to me if there had been no conflict because then Gio would have felt even more betrayed.
    • JESSICA GRIFFIN???   I am really loving the actress playing Tracy.
    • Awww JMW and her Prego belly, cute! Tanner's pants

    • Very much so. In their one scene together they actually felt like equals.  Bingo. He def feels like a supporting actor when he’s supposed to be the leading man in the A story. All of the women in the story actually have presence including both his daughters. I’m resigned to the fact that I’ll have to get used to him just being there, but I get zero excitement about the character of Ted appearing now and I’m not sure how they fix it with this current meek portrayal.
    • Lord...she is going to frame her own daugther, ain't she?   Ooooo it's been a minute since Kat and Andre had alone scenes together.    Go on, Nosy Nurse! Get all the tea!    Oooo so Tracy has some backbone. Niiice. Good. It is starting to make me wonder more what Sharon will be like. And who will be playing her.
    • Put me to sleep Dominic Zamprogna? I doubt it. By the way, what was the purpose of the Insta hate with Gio if the reveal was just weeks away?
    •   ^ that Heather Tom video tribute to Don Diamont was really sweet.  Thanks for posting, @dragonflies This is from MichaelFairman IG stories from the CBS party for Don

    • Wow...Silk Press Sheila really is giving the cray cray.   Now, Nicole, nothing wrong with amateur detective. Nancy Drew. Veronica Mars...and they are usually right. Love every minute of this NuTed, Nicole, and Kat conversation even if it is recap. I wonder if Nosy Nurse will get her moment given she's encountered Silk Press Sheila.    Anita is C plot so far...and I don't care. Loving it.
    • I completely agree. A good example would be someone like Joshua Morrow or Ronn Moss although I think Maurice was miles better than both of them. He just fit the role so well and his charisma jumped off the screen. This recast will likely stick but it has sunk the character and I don't see him recovering. It seems like the original was more popular than they anticipated and the majority of comments I see online about nuTed are negative. I feel like people will get used to him being around but I don't see him regaining his popularity.
