I didn't read your spoiler because I'm trying to remain spoiler-free, but that's good.

The other reason I was worried was because the blindness was featured so heavily in the recap video as well. And she doesn't seem to be looking clearly in any of the clips so far. But I'm glad it doesn't seem like they are going to revisit that story for you who are in the know. I think it was a good story but they don't need to rehash it.

This isn't even worth discussing anymore, but... I suppose it speaks for how badly soap fans have been treated, that so many people react to this news as "I wouldn't be surprised." Despite nearly everyone at PP speaking out against Frons. They're in a can't win situation--even when they release statements as to how ridiculous it is, you still read people saying "Well I am too smart to believe them" bla bla.

Frankly I think it was really irresponsible of Wed Love Soaps (which I generally prefer to some other gossipy soap sites) to release this info at all without confirmation (their reasoning seemed to be that they still hadn't heard back from PP so it *must* be true. Sigh--good "journalism".) It sounds silly, but it's too incendiary to treat like news with no info, especially considering how many soap fans already have this mistrustful view (some of it, admittedly, valid but not a lot of it IMHO) against PP and the online soaps.

ICAM! We Love Soaps should be ashamed for starting such a stupid rumor and stirring up the less-informed fans.

What a great promo. I like how they show the old footage in an old-style TV frame then show the new footage full screen. I love watching Bianca spit at JR and say that she hates him only to have it followed by Miranda telling AJ that she loves him and hugging him.

I always disliked the fanficing about AJ/Miranda...and I was completely against the idea of SORASing them but I have to admit that find something completely charming about those two actors. I can't wait to see them interact with each other and the rest of the canvas. It reminds me of the way I felt about the younger cast on Friday Night Lights (and y'all know that's high praise for me.)

Remember how she started off as a "masseuse" who was arrested for giving happy endings? Yeah, neither did the show's writers...

(Similar to how Krystal initially seemed like she was going to be like early Opal--Babe would phone her and you'd see Krystal falling out of some trucker's bed and pleased that her daughter was getting a rich man--then by the time she came to town they changed her to just bland.)(

Sigh, it still saddens and infuriates me to think of how many characters were ruined (at least temporarily) by propping up the Carey hos!
