I think this schedule will be so fluid that they'll effortlessly weave her in and out. Frankly, I think Miranda's story will be far more prominent than Bianca's anyway.

Then of course Erica will return and everyone else will seem irrelevant. "Joe, who are all of these non-factors in my town?"

LOL...you gotta admit though that a 2 week contract sounds dumb as hell

I don't recall saying her contract was only for 2 weeks...just that she was on contract. Just sayin'

You said she had an arc that required a contract. Said arc was the first filming cycle. I was putting the pieces together, meant no offense.

I don't know anyone who's had a two-week contract. I think even Rosemary Prinz, daytime royalty, had a few months on AMC in 1970.

I read somewhere that the contract actors only signed for the max of one year. PP is taking this a year at a time. Anyone else hear that?

No offense taken. I get where it could be perceived that it is a 2 week contract and I'd be in agreement with you, but PP has her and Roger Howarth on their contract actors list. If they were for such limited (and I do mean VERY limited) time spans, if I were them, I'd ensure they were listed at least in the recurring category or a separate category altogether.

The only official comments on length of contracts is from Jordi Vilasuso from his Soap Central Live interview back in January. No one else has mentioned length anywhere else.

Any chance you asked Eden how long her contract was for? That would help clear some of this up. Regardless, obviously these contracts must be very far and away from what we're used to since they don't film consecutively. I'd be curious how one would even work to be honest.

Are you sure their contracts are for longer or are you just assuming it would be unwise of them to list them as contract for that short a period? I don't understand why Eden would say she wasn't even sure if she was returning then. And I remember Bren saying none of the actors were on contract. She could be wrong or she could be talking in terms of how the stuff works with such a different filming schedule.
