Two long years after being cancelled, One Life to Live and All My Children are back, and they've never been this edgy.

These legendary soaps are getting away with a lot more now that they're airing on the internet and don't have to worry about the standards of broadcast television.

All My Children's Cady McClain said, "There's definitely a difference in the sex scenes. I haven't had to do it yet, but I've seen a couple and I've been like, 'Oh my gosh!'"

INSIDE EDITION was on the set as actress Paula Garces shot a steamy scene for the new All My Children.

"Now that it's on the internet, the show is definitley a little edgier. It moves much faster," Garces said.

Garces is new to the show, but she got some tips from the show's most famous cast member—Susan Lucci, who played the villainous Erica Cane for 41 years.

"She gave some pointers and said that it was going to be really cool, and I asked her if she was gonna come back and all she said was that she was trying to work it out," she said.

The two soaps used to be an hour long but on the internet they're just 30 minutes an episode. The shows air Monday through Friday on Hulu and iTunes.

Vincent Irizarry of All My Children said, "We were #1 on iTunes and #1 on Hulu, I think it's a very good indication that it's a success."

I so love this and the falling pictures but I don't think Prospect "We're not your grandmother's All my Children" Park is down with that. I'm happy they flash the book at all. I thought we would just have a title card so I'll take this. And the song slowly grows on you until you catch yourself singing it on your way to work.

Please, Elsa, point me in the direction of some of these "short-lived Norwegian soaps" you talk of. I so need to laugh this evening.

    • Bad enough I barely remember LOL. I recall the month was tied between the surrogacy, Phyllis sleuthing on her laptop at the bar in the Grand Phoenix about Tara and Ashland, and Sally getting Summer her dream job to get her out of town.
    • 'Oh...that's Ms. B!tch.' OMG!!! Not Silk Press Sheila giving an old school threatening villainess scene. and the building background music was EVERYTHING in that moment.   Oooooo YES! Loving Anita vs Tracy. If this is how it's going down with Tracy, I can't wait for Sharon to show up.
    • There wasn't any exposition on this that I recall, but I was too busy sobbing over John's death to notice if I am being honest.
    • HAHAHAHAHAHAH   I believe it because I've never heard they were not all bio before this. They always seem to favor DD to me. I am shocked.
    • I don't think so.  But it works so I can't complain.   Correct.  All of these men (except Rory at this point) have proven their talent so there isn't any bias or drama here.
    • And Kayla could've checked in on him... I'm willing to dismiss the missing exposition (after this comment), but I was beginning to wonder if Bo's dream was how they all suddenly appeared in Salem.
    • I agree. I don't get the point of that post except to manufacture some kind of bias drama. That hair is in style, as is the French/fringe top with a lot of hair in front.   -- Seeing Liz turn off the Nurses Ball TV broadcast and then have all smiles for Lucas was weird as hell.  Just seemed like a big disconnect after watching so much pain from Gio. -- I've stated that I'm a fan of the Nurses Ball. However....it will never NOT be weird when they take these long breaks after a performance and we get scenes of characters in other rooms. I know it's not real life, but this makes no sense. -- I also think the Gio reveal might have been better placed at the end of the other performances. Watching Trina and Joss duet after that Gio reveal was strange. Wouldn't half of the attendees be gone from the room at that point?  -- I understand the Michael reveal going at the end, though. "I'll Be There" amped up the cheese factor like crazy, but holy hell, it worked. Michael's appearance to claim his son was awesome cliffhanger stuff. -- Kudos to GH for quickly working in  "The role of Michael Corinthos is now being played by Rory Gibson." -- No, Kai and Portia and Curtis, Trina and Joss were not "the best performance of the night." We all saw Gio on his violin. -- I don't know why I should care what Joss thinks of the Gio situation. -- Overall, a great week by GH.
    • Glad you said it.
