Close, but I think the BJ's heart episode where Felicia finds out that it's BJ's heart and runs to Bobbie is sadder.

All the more reason why it pissed me off when showkiller Guza ripped it off in the worst way a few years ago. Bobbie's nephew deserved better than that stink bomb of a story.

Seeing Sonny & Robin together just makes me pissed off at showkiller Guza for blowing it all to smithereens a few years later.

Also pisses me off how they killed Jason & Keesha in order to prop the bootleg Dylan from 90210 that they were trying to pass the roided goiter off as.

But as much as I liked Jason and Keesha, they always felt like a place holder for Jason and Robin and that was before the accident. Jason was the one closest to Robin after Stone got ill and after he died. It always seemed to me that they were inevitable.

Frankly, I would've been just peachy with Jason Q & Robin happening (way down the line after Stone's death), since I did like him and appreciated his friendship with Robin. My resentment of the death of Jason Q and Keesha have nothing to do with Robin and everything to do with the show minimizing her importance to him (and her presence on the show) after his head hit the tree.

While I certainly don't resent Robin, I do resent the fact that she's touted as Jason's first love as if his relationship with Keesha never existed (under the guise of the roided goiter taking precedence over Jason Q in this show's eyes).

I forget just how young The Real Emily was back then...

I'll still never understand why Kevin's clip in the opening was down there in the "baddies/mob people/scumbags of GH" section until 1998.

Should have been moved right next to Lucy in late 94 or early 95.

-- Leslie's "Keep your hands off my man" diatribe to Shanice shows how unhinged she is. I mean, the woman is nuts. Every time the show tries to show us a more real and genuine side of Leslie, she bounces back with the total whack job.
-- So plastic surgeon Ted got Peaches into a special trial. Yeah, OK 😂 It's good, though, that old woman Peaches doesn't have a wrinkle anywhere, including on her neck.
-- Thank God for Shanice, because the medical and hospital stuff on this show is poorly done.
-- Martin is a self-righteous, sanctimonious hypocrite. After all he's been through, taking sides like this with Eva is pathetic. Of course, Eva just sits there quietly, playing the innocent victim. What a SPOILT BITCH 😂🤣
-- Hey, Martin -- and Ted -- the way to make Eva a part of the family is not trashing the other sister and daughter, throwing her under the bus.
-- I know Kat goes too far with her mouth, but no one else holds Eva accountable. No one else calls her out on anything.
-- Good honeymoon scenes with Dani and Andre so we can see how they're really falling for each other, but I hope they're out of that hotel room tomorrow. They've milked that enough.

My GL knowledge is really limited to a couple of eras, so I remember his name in the writing credits and never saw him as Ken that I can recall.
Interesting I might go look for one of her episodes at GH.

I'm going to have disagree a little. I think Alan's purpose during this time was to be the spoiler for Josh/Reva. Josh and Reva were always Long's endgame. Even after she left, it stayed that way, mainly because fans wanted it that way.
If Larkin Malloy had chosen to stay, he would have functioned as the spoiler. (Even off-screen he kind of did function as the spoiler, because of the whole DNA switch thing--that Alan engineered). I believe someone here said one of the reasons Malloy left even though he could have stayed was because he knew he would end up being the loser in the triangle.
I don't think Bernau cared about that kind of thing (if he did, he was REALLY quiet about it, I don't remember him complaining about storylines he was in). But to me, it was a waste of his character. If a Alan/Vanessa/Ross triangle had happened, he would have been an actual contender. It would have come more from character. He and Vanessa would have been on an equal level and would have understood each other in ways that Ross never understood her. Even when Alan was with Hope, he was never her puppy dog, like he was with Reva. He definitely would not have been Vanessa's puppy dog.
I'm pretty sure they didn't. I'm not even sure if Ed and Vanessa's affair had started before MG left.
I recently watched the whole Reva in the hospital thing on the German channel. It was SO stupid. (It's likely the scabs wrote most of this). The thing with Alan decorating the hospital room and taking over a whole floor of the hospital is something they got out of Dynasty. SO out of character.
I would have LOVED watching Alan and Reva using each other for their own purposes. That would have been fun, and believable. This crap about her being his one true love was an insult to the audience.
The funny thing is, if Lenore Kasdorf had stayed with the show, I bet that's exactly how Rita and Alan's relationship would have been. She wanted the lifestyle from being Mrs. Spaulding, he had the hots for her and liked that she wasn't judgemental about things he had done. Oh, yeah, they had Rita write Alan a letter confessing she was in love with him, but that could have been calculated.
Some were also saying he would have been a good Ed.
Yes, he just became the bombastic cartoon baddie. All the naunce and layers of the character were gone.
