EXCLUSIVE: Here is a great holiday gift for soap fans: I’ve learned that Prospect Park has revived its plan to continue cancelled ABC daytime dramas All My Children and One Life To Live online. I hear the company behind USA hit Royal Pains has inked deals with SAG-AFTRA and DGA for the soaps’ production, eyed to begin in the first quarter of 2013.

David Canary (Adam/Stuart), Julia Barr (Brooke) & Ray MacDonnell (Joe) are all less than an hour away from Stamford, CT, the rumored filming location.

OMG don't get our hopes up too high now. The returns of Adam, Brooke and (to a lesser extent) Dixie are what made the ending so good and so special. I hope they can get all of them to return in some way. Out of the people who were part of AMC when it ended, who do we know for sure is in LA? Jacob Young, Darnell Williams and Debbi Morgan, since they are/were filming CBS soaps. I'm not sure where that show Denise Vasi is on films.

I think it would be great to see Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos do occasional appearances.

Quite a bit of the cast is in LA. The veterans like Jill Larson (Opal), Lee Meriwether (Ruth), & Jennifer Bassey (Marian) are just the ones that I know of off the top of my head. And I think quite a bit of the younger cast members stayed in LA after the show wrapped up production.

I think Darnell still has a place in NYC. I have a friend who used to see him running in the park even when he was on Y&R. Last I heard, Debbi Morgan lives in Maryland and was commuting to Y&R.

Oh no, I want Jill to be on I don't really care about Lee or Jennifer to be honest, they were already mostly irrelevant by the time I started watching.

I ask because on the last episode, her character was revealed to be a shapechanging multiple murderer (meaning her original character was killed and skinned and this one's a skinwalker who took her place)....

I don't think RPG will be part of this either, he's got a new show coming out for HGTV. I wonder if Chrishell will do it

I got that same story from a lot of people who met with PP the first time around.
