I hear the company behind USA hit Royal Pains has inked deals with SAG-AFTRA and DGA for the soaps’ production, eyed to begin in the first quarter of 2013.

Am I the only one that really really wants Ilene. kristen to join? I know she isn't that long term at OLTL but she just feels essential to me. I hope she is approached.

No! Absolutely not, I'm sure most of us want her involved. But if and when the shows come back to life with some of the vets already mentioned, I'll probably just be counting my blessings for what we do have.

I'd rather jake and Amanda get their happily ever after and stay off screen.

I'd love if they brought some core characters back that haven't been on in years and that they could basically start fresh with.

100% agree. Some of these characters just need to take BREATHERS. There is so much that can be mined from characters gone too soon...and most weren't even killed off. Just plain ratchet the level of waste of characters and their potential that come and go in soaps.
