November 22, 201213 yr Member Promo for next week, pretty much confirms they want Shadam. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sWnbfq5AYVw Excuse me while I barf. Thank you. Edited November 22, 201213 yr by dmarex
November 22, 201213 yr Member She now just a crazy azz home wrecker. How is this re-building her character?
November 22, 201213 yr Member The moment they put Adam back in her story, I knew Sharon wasn't going to be rebuilt. Of course so many people like Shadam,s o they'll give JG credit, but Adam was the beginning of Sharon's downfall. No way he could be used to repair her. Sharon should be SINGLE and focusing on her children. You don't have to have a love interest to be a viable character.
November 22, 201213 yr Member I'd say the beginning of her downfall was when she was having sex with three men, and could no longer remember their names, and this was treated as sexy. But Shadam was the final nail in the coffin. That is likely the only reason Sharon is even on the show now, sadly.
November 22, 201213 yr Member I don't think they'll actually have sex. That's probably one of her fantasies. Adam and Chelsea need to go, they are by far the worse. The only one who belongs in Sharon's story is her children.
November 22, 201213 yr Member Puke! Thank goodness I don't watch this chit anymore! Sharon should be dead by now! Still Jonesing for the fetus burning baby napping psycho! Nasty bitch!
November 23, 201213 yr Member Shick fans hoped otherwise but it was obvious to me that when JG mentioned an inevitable love story, he meant Shadam. Sharon's fiery breakdown followed by this hollow bipolar story is merely about bringing Adam back into her life as her hero and squabbling with his insecure wife Chelsea.
November 23, 201213 yr Member Promo for next week, pretty much confirms they want Shadam. To me it just confirms Chelsea's paranoia. I think they're taking her the Tricia Dennison route.

Sharon's fiery breakdown followed by this hollow bipolar story is merely about bringing Adam back into her life as her hero and squabbling with his insecure wife Chelsea. To me, it's not even about Shick, although they are the natural end game. I think Sharon needs to be single. There is more to a soap character than a relationship. She has young children, let her focus on raising them. Let her support her family members as they did her through her struggles. If they gave Noah a strong story, she wouldn't need a love interest.

I agree, Sharon needs to be single and focused on herself and her kids. Also, her therapy sessions should've been alot more than just, "You're bipolar Sharon. Here's your pills." JG failed here plain and simple.

Here's your pills." JG failed here plain and simple. THIS. Talk about not playing the beats of Sharon's recovery. Her bipolar diagnosis is nothing but a convenient gimmick for plot purposes, as many people on this board predicted. The writers aren't interested in delving into character, period.
November 23, 201213 yr Member I don't think people want to sit and watch Sharon in therapy or being a boring soccer mom to her kids. (I know I don't.) They are on the mark with a hot, passionate triangle. Shadam has a lot of fans. If they can play the emotional angle here, it will be a winner. If it's just sex or Adam being nasty and mean, that will flop.

I can speak for myself in saying that I don't want to see a love story between Sharon and the man who took her child directly from her snatch and burned a fetus. I don't care how many fans this pairing has. Sharon is a twisted nasty woman who needs help, and she needs to be alone. Introduce a love interest down the road. Compelling stories aren't always about a couple, especially this disgusting couple (maybe fans wanted to see Sharon resurrected - not torn down some more where her savior is the very man who ruined her in the first place)! Time to ween the audience off of this pairing for good! I thought that was going to happen, but JG had other plans. He appears to be a member of the new brand of Daytime writers - and we wonder why the genre is all but dead. Too bad Chelsea is shackled to that piece of garbage! I don't watch, and I have no desire to. Edited November 23, 201213 yr by ChitHappens
