Jagger is needed for exactly what, and where's his connection? He didn't have any skills so the hospital is not an option. What else is there for him? ASJ probably begged for a meeting, an they indulged him to shut him up!

The only plausible (and I mean that term loosely) way to write him back in is if Anna recruited him as the newest addition to the PCPD while he accepted to settle the score with Sonny, who he'd blame for setting his younger brother, Stone, down the wrong path (fast living) that led to his dying from AIDS.

Other than that, I got nothin'.

If he does come back I'm not sure what they would do with his relationship with Sonny. Stone was a hood for Sonny, but I think he got AIDS from a relationship before he'd ever moved to PC. Karen is long forgotten. Most of Sonny's "rivalries" tend to be he good, they bad (the latest being Johnny and Martha Raye, and now AJ recycling 2003-2004 stories about poisoning Michael's mind).

I just don't see a purpose for this character. If he does return, then I'd suggest he take over the community center and we start to see that part of town more often.
