I think it's almost certainly Faison. Rumors about Anders Hove have been swirling for months.

I had suspected he could be Faison, but I didn't think they would go full-on Passions. And there have been a lot of scenes with "Duke" seemingly expressing regret for his actions, either alone or with that doctor. Why?
