August 9, 201213 yr Member I am hoping all three soaps that aired increase this week. I wonder if the Olympics will make tham all drop.
August 9, 201213 yr Member WOW Y&R finally fell into the 2.? range for Thursday and Friday. 2.9 and 2.8! There is your proof that MAB tanked this show worse than anyone else in the business. The year to year losses under her control have been staggering. Thank goodness she was fired. I could care less about the Olympic excuse, B&B's numbers held steady.
August 9, 201213 yr Member LMAO man I hope B&B takes over Y&R in the demo. If only for one week before MAB's crap stops airing to prove how shitty it was that B&B which used to be one of the old skewing soaps is bringing more younger viewers than them.

And MAB wonders why she was fired. When was the last time we saw Y&R with a 9 share in ratings as well. GH should just be cancelled. The numbers are dreadful. Its OLTL meets GH meets PC....lol.....

I completely agree with you, so this isn't an argument, just a question... Isn't B&B on at a time in many places that it wouldn't conflict with the Olympics? On the Seattle stations we get here in BC it's up against the news on both ABC and NBC (well shortened news now for NBC but)
August 9, 201213 yr Member Here in texas its up against the Chew and the Olympics. The news hasnt been seen on my NBC network since the Olympics started.
August 9, 201213 yr Member Ratings for all three soaps are just bad. Of course the Olympics don't help but neither do MAB on Y&R or a daily dose of Todd on GH.

Y&R's numbers are dreadful, JFP has her work cut out for her.

Oh I agree ..way too much Todd...he has taken over the show. I doubt the GH viewers that were left are happy about it because I sure wasnt when AW characters invaded ATWT.
August 10, 201213 yr Member The Todd Manning hour didn't overpower the Olympics?! WTF is this world coming to? Edited August 10, 201213 yr by ChitHappens
August 10, 201213 yr Member more Todd, just cause some like to complain about it no worse ratings than when it was the JaSam show and the SKate show(most of this year)
August 10, 201213 yr Member more Todd, just cause some like to complain about it no worse ratings than when it was the JaSam show and the SKate show(most of this year) I didn't like Sonny, Jason or Carly eating the show either - a lot of people didn't. And people complained about it. If FV and RC want to give a OLTL character the most airtime, and the ratings don't go up, that OLTL character will get bashed. So deal with it. Sonny, Jason and Carly fans had to deal with it as well. I really don't see why producers can't learn the act of balance. Why is this so hard?
