Why would that stop them from bringing Tuc on as David? Soaps have had actors play different roles on the same soap. OLTL did it and GH most certainly has

Knowing Frank and Ron, too, they'll come up with some lame twist to the story, revealing David Vickers and Pierce Dorman to be twin brothers, separated at birth by Asa Buchanan.

If they're going to try and bring Ted King as Tomas, when he's so known recently as Alcazar.

They could bring David Vickers on since nobody probably even remembers Pierce.

Aside from the OLTL/GH hybrid, I think that all of these sound great. not sure how true they are, but I love the idea of Heather having ties to Allison and Mitch!

They said TSJ doesn't want to return full time it would only be to wrap up the story.

I don't blame him. Unlike most of his former co-workers, TSJ is actually getting work.There's no reason for him to throw himself into the GHOLTL mass grave.

Ready see this play out, i have enjoyed some of The OLTL ties. sadly Viki isn't coming over and Audrey isn't around they could mention Dr. Hardy and Meredith.

I'm happy for the OLTL fans that part of the show is living on, and I know it's only a matter of time before GH bites the dust anyway, but I wish that a little bit of Pine Valley could've lived on in Port Charles. Yes, yes, yes... I know AMC was mostly dreadful the last few years and didn't have the buzz or demos that OLTL did, but the show still had a lot of fans--fans that watched the entire ABC lineup. It's all water under the bridge now, but it would've been nice to see some one or two AMC characters move over to GH. Then again, IMO the shoehorning of OLTL into GH has been awkward at best, and GH in general seems like amateur time with FV/RC at the helm, so maybe it's better that AMC died instead of going through a slow, lingering death.

I'm happy for OLTL fans who loved John or Todd. As an OLTL viewer who never watched for them, I can't say I have gotten anything out of the crossover.

Frankly I'm overall happy with how AMC ended and no thanks to Erica or Stuart or Adam or Angie or Jessie being written By RC. It likely would have only been the same tiring airhogs from AMC crossing over anyway if they had done it.

ABC should have just combined AMC and OLTL like long rumored. Both soaps are more similar to each other and the crossover would have been a lot more plausible considering the towns are relatively close

I don't think OLTL and AMC were similar at all. Since the stories would have amounted to Zach having a hot rape session with Madison as she develops alter Radison (who loves fancy hotels), AMC not being involved is for the best.

True, if anything, it would've been the Rylee/Zendull black hole taken over to GH. I think that although AMC and OLTL were sister shows for obvious reasons, OLTL and GH were much closer in tone.

I think that AMC and OLTL did have some obvious similarities in creation, but it seems like they diverged from early on and only the generic blandness of Frons' ABC blurred that. I can't imagine our very own Irna Phillips and Bob Calhoun ever going near a character like Angie.

They were more similar to each other than OLTL and GH and I think would have been less jarring than a OLTL/GH combo
