She's pretty! But, I never liked Kristina too much to begin with. Maybe that'll change.

Judging by the description in the link provided, I doubt it since it looks like she'll still be the same annoying turdlet.

I'm suprised they havent added in a bunch of eye candy yet. Maybe that's coming this summer.

I want some stuff like this happy.pnghappy.png

Nigel....sad.png I miss that man...

As for the eye candy, well, the year's still young...wink.png

Why on earth cant they cast some women without the histrionics or anger issues. None of these castings have any balance. All the women and teens are whiney shrews and all of the men dull and energy less.

Because the women that are balanced are considered to be "boring" (see: Robin Scorpio) while the catty heifers are considered to be "strong" (see: Slagbeast).

Robin could be boring at times but that was because she did have a holier than thou attitude sometimes and she didn't do much.

On a side note how are some people trying to say this girl looks too Latino for the role? Have they seen Sonny lately? And she's half latino

Robin "didn't do much" because the idiots in charge treated her as a lower-caste character instead of the legacy character that she is. As for her being "holier than thou", with these chickenheads running around town, who could blame her?

Since Sonny hasn't been Latino since the 90s and has been written to act Eye-talian since the beginning of this century, I can see why these dimwits would believe that his daughter looked "too Latina" (even though I've no idea if the actress is even Latina). All I know is if Krustina 2.0 breaks out the Spanish, they will have a field day.

The problem is none of thes so called strong women are likable either.

There are lots of interesting complex women on,primetime who don't shreak and are good decent flawed people. But even the men suffer also. Shows can't write decent good guys anymore either or antiheroes that are actually at the heart good and decent. This isn't a case where daytime is following some sort of overall pattern of industry popularity anymore either.

That Cutter guy looks really gross in those pictures. Like his face is...wrong.

I think he's good looking. Better than anyone currently on the GH cast

Exactly.

Though I know when the characterizations on soaps started to go to hell, I still can't figure out why they'd want to deliberately dumb them down like that. What do they gain from turning well-rounded characters into disgusting stereotypes?

Josh Kelly looked a lot better with more facial hair and in regular clothes (and less crazy eyes). OLTL by that time had such a dull, assembly line view of attractive men, sticking them in horribly fitting clothes which only emphasized the awkwardness. I remember when Cutter paraded around in underwear and all I could notice was that he had no ass. The same for melting plastic Ford.

Me too. I would love to see Josh cast on this show in a new role or even as Cutter. My idea was to have him come to PC and try to scam Monica out of her money. She'd be a cougar and appreciate having the affection and attention of a man (especially since she hasnt had one in years). Tracy would so right through him and try to get rid of him. If she wasnt married to Anthony, Id have the story end up with Cutter finding a way to get her to marry him. Maybe she kills Anthony, Cutter witnesses and blackmails her into marriage so he wont have to testify? Definetly would cause some drama at the Q mansion between all parties

I would want him on their as Cutter trying to scam Monica. Great idea!

Nobody is cute on GH except for maybe Brandon Barash. Steve Burton and Scott Reeves make me want to puke lol... hopefully FV brings in some beefcake soon. :)

During her time as GENERAL HOSPITAL's Kristina, Lexi Ainsworth garnered quite a following, so those fans were understandably upset to learn that the role had been recast with daytime newcomer Lindsey Morgan. Social networks exploded with outraged viewers voicing their sentiments, so Ainsworth herself took to the Internet to try and clear things up.

"Thank you guys for all your support, but I won't be reprising the role of Kristina," Ainsworth tweeted. "I loved her, but I've also loved being free to do film. I enjoyed meeting Frank [Valentini, GH's executive producer] and I know you will love the new Kristina that he has found. I learned so much from my GH home and want to grow further."

Ainsworth's former on-screen mom Nancy Lee Grahn (Alexis) supported the young actress. "I'll comment on 'new' Kristina after Lexi has commented," she posted to her Twitter stream. "I can tell you that Lexi is cool with it. Lexi's already got offers for many primetime projects. My sweet and brilliant Lexi has commented with class and dignity. Enough said. In a few years, I will be begging Lexi for a job in a movie as her grandmother."

When reached for comment about Ainsworth turning down the opportunity to return as Kristina, a rep for GH stated only that they "don't comment on

I don't think they asked her back and she turned them down when she kept on posting on twitter wondering when they would be rehiring her and was posting her ideas for storylines up to last week. I think they met with her to tell her she wouldn't be coming back.
