It's "ethnic" Belinda, Kimberly Hawthorne! I remember Kim saying she based her persona on Marsha Clark, the prosecuting DA in the OJ Simpson case.

Man, I didn't even remember there was a previous Belionda--and I never missed a second of the show back then. Was she more of a minor character till Amelia came in? (Granted they never gave Amelia much material--she deserved better--buit that's the only actress I really remember in the role).

She was a recurring player for about a year or more, not a lot to do. I thought the actress was very OTT, although there were some moments here and there. One episode which is up from spring 1995 has her blowing up at Janet when Janet assumes Noah was in the hospital because of an OD.
