I saw that episode the other night, was never really an ATWT viewer so I had no idea who he was.

Louise Lasser has a nice guest spot on tonight's episode of Girls.

Does anyone know if he was ever asked to come back to ATWT? It would have been interesting to see him in the last years of the show's run instead of Roger Howarth's histrionics.

Not that I know of.

He might have been asked, but I think Kavovit probably saw himself as someone who'd done daytime and moved on. You know, like Brian Bloom? Of course, I think both would have been better off coming back to soaps, but that's just my opinion.

I don't think Andy would have had a big shot if he'd tried to come back, just because of his look (short, not conventionally handsome).

I see your point, and sadly, I have to agree. He wasn't a cookie-cutter type "hunk", and his unconventional look made him stand out and seem more, I don't know, normal to the audience. Of course, the networks, sponsors and the like all want the cookie-cutter type "hunks". rolleyes.gif

True. Sadly.

OTOH, primetime TV (and especially cable) seems to be more welcoming of those with "unconventional" looks. So, uh, if you're out there and reading, Andy? KEEP HOPE ALIVE.

Delila truly was one of my faves on that show.

The wonderful Jenny O'Hara (Thelma, Lucinda's 92-94 secretary on ATWT, and actress in My Sister Sam, among other shows and movies) will be on Supernatural next Tuesday.

It IS interesting to imagine Shelly Burch on ATWT. I could see her portraying someone who eventually hooks up with James Stenbeck or John Dixon (or both).
