Spencer Treat Clark from AW grew up unreasonably attractive and is now on Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. as the son of Baron von Strucker:

 

I knew he looked familiar. I meant to go back and check the credits...  He DID  grow into a very handsome young man!

Wow - he looks almost exactly the same in the face.

He works pretty steadily (and has become part of the Whedon acting repertory after doing his Much Ado About Nothing, which has undoubtedly helped him).
