Sam was acting like if the baby was Franco's she would get an abortion. Good scenes w/her & Jason today but I really hope that's not the road they go down with this.

The Jasam story sounds disgusting. A woman who had her baby die in the womb and then lost the ability to conceive for eight years is raped and is now carrying her rapists child. To add further insult to injury she was in fact raped on her honeymoon. Seriously who is writing this?

We aren't all bad

Watching GH as my soap fix now that One Life is over. I was pretty bored lol but will keep watching so I can gave a feel for what going on when the OLTL peeps come.

Do yourself a favor and skip it til they come. If you continue to watch you may reach the point where you refuse to watch even when the OLTL people come.

She's the sympathetic heroine isn't she?. They have been writing this pair "sympathetic" for years now this is just more of the same the baby won't be Franco's but its giving them angst...

But seriously when did Wyndemere become the home for adult orphans?

I myself will wait until the OLTL people come (though probably the week before so I can see the effects of Ron's changes being implemented, I enjoy things like that). Not because I don't know what's going on in GH -- I'm quite familiar with the show (though it and B&B are the ones I've probably watched least since I started watching soaps) and I just can't deal with its current condition on a daily basis.

The last time I probably watched regularly was duing the whole hostage crisis in 2007 and then most of the James Franco stuff just for the hilarity of it.

I've watched GH since 1977 and I'm not watching the show until Ron and Frank's work shows up. Why torture myself? GH is just sooooo bad right now. Hopefully we can see some glimmers of GH's glory days under Ron and Frank.

Now, Carlentini announces plans to bring the Mannings to OLTL -- which consists of a yet another romanticized rapist, lest we forget among all of the cries of how the show's horrible for being centered around a mobster and the original romanticized rapist -- and now people are coming out of the woodwork, pulling their underoos down and shiing all over the show as if they've been watching it for months.

It's not so much about the sympathetic part so much as it's just an all around disgusting and offensive story and just screams of even more misogynistic (I hate using that word) writing. It's just horridly bad story telling it's not even about the rape as it is more or less about Jason as always. It's just out and out disgusting. I can't imagine why anyone would want to watch this. Not women, not teenagers, not men and not the elderly.

You don't need to have watched every episode of GH the last six months to know that the show is in horrible shape and that Wolfe in general screwed the pooch in regards to running the show.
