Not sure if it's just me but this episode is rocking. David's not overbearing and the character interactions are wonderful.

shes likely inexpensive and an up and comer.I'd rather see them keep people like this then the people THEY think this show needs.

Maya would be a good place to start rebuilding the teen set. Right now it's just Colby and we could use somebody less snotty and rich. MB has a sweetness that I like.

Agreed. Colby is NOT working, no matter who is playing her.

My point was that she doesn't HAVE to be a plot device. They need to see the potential in new characters instead of focusing on the same tired ones like Rylee and Zendall.

Days is a perfect example of a show thats continued to let good young talent walk to the point where they have to bring back used up couples and characters to "improve" the show.

But I do oppose the union because it's as if they turned Marissa into a lesbian and then threw her at Binks rather than do what's right and write the poor girl off.

That was the problem with rushing them. It was like Marissa just decided one day between pieces of jewelry. I think they didn't want to write her off because they wanted to give J.R. something to do and apparently "go to work" wasn't an option.

I dont need the nonstop melodrama I just don't think the actors click or are that dynamic together. Yes they are perfectly pleasant but thats about it.

The sad part is there was plenty of drama to play out over time just due to the fact that she's Babe's sister and Babe(I hate saying this) was the love of JR's life. THat in itself should have played into story and insecurities for both for a long time. But I haven't been that impressed with either actress who played Marissa. Both have been pleasant enough and thats really it.
