A house filled with Q's in all their dysfunctional glory. Lucy up to no good. I loved Dawn and Decker there was so much potential in them. Unlike present day GH in this era there were so many likable and interesting characters.

The Quartermaine scenes in this episode are such fun, especially when Alan throttles Ned. It's hard to believe Gloria Monty saw them as a burden to the show.

I love this version of Lila a lot more than the Jason-enabling sweetie of later years.

The whole show even with some dark themes popping in and out (like Faison's obsession with Anna) has a positive tone that GH seemed to lose by the mid-90s.

We Love Soaps has reported the death of James Westmoreland who played  Teddy Holmes #1 in 1972.He was 80.

Due to illness he had to vacate the role of Teddy and John Gabriel took over.

I really enjoyed that story where the Commandante came to GH for surgery and then the rebels (or whoever they were) took over the entire hospital.   It was a pretty silly story but it was fun.

I liked that clip above from October 9, 1990, but the thing that interested me most was watching the end credits and seeing Sam Hall listed among the writers. I haven't seen a lot of episodes from that period and didn't know that the Dark Shadows and OLTL writer spent time at GH.

Ahhh, seeing the names John Beradino, Emily McLaughlin, and Rachel Ames at the top of the credits makes me somewhat verklempt. Sadly, by this time, McLaughlin was barely used on the show. I miss Steve, Jessie, and Audrey.

As qfan mentioned repeatedly, that really was a good little storyline, with a good conclusion too.

I can see why Michael Logan always said Lucy was never the same after they stopped writing her as a villain.

This is one of Emma Caulfield's appearances as Carly's scheming partner. This is also about a week before Luza officially rejoined as head writer.
