I never liked Leo/Greenlee but if I did I wouldn't be too thrilled with that.

It's VERY clear that Dr.Haywardstein has Leo ,Zach and Babe. It's not clear if he has Vanessa ,Stu ,Ryan's sister ,Simone and Erin Lavery? It's clear he does NOT have Ethan Cambias. He may however be using Michael Cambias for spare parts.

Ryan and Greenlee will now have to stay together FOREVER to respect Leo's wishes probably. So the next time Greenlee kidnaps Ryan's kid, or the next time Ryan fakes his own death.... it doesn't matter... Leo blessed their union on his deathbed so they will have to stay together!

I am of course just surmizing based on a photograph and some cryptic quotes courtesy of Josh... but its quite evident that's pretty much how it is going to go down. David has Leo.... Greenlee gets to Leo... Leo wakes up, gives Rylee his blessing.... then dies.

The only justice would be if Vanessa is stashed in the next cubicle of David's lab and then stabs and kills Greenlee.
