I'm thinking Tomas was the agent that helped facilitate his imposter-ness, meaning he wouldn't know these other agents and probably was told the original Todd was dead. That's the only thing that makes sense. I still don't think he was brainwashed into thinking he was Todd.

Hmm...this Todd #2 conversation with the agents is REALLY confusing. I still think he knows he's an imposter but he doesn't seem to know much about the agents' roles. So if FauxTodd knows he's not Todd, he didn't get the help of those agents.
