That I agree on - he has no star power or appeal at ALL. Unforunately in our day and age, that'll get you nowhere in the showbiz.

Yeah Carrie is doing very well. Her only problem on AI was she never showed as much personality as she does now. She was always nervous and worried about what people thought. The only time she showed emotion and who she was was during her whole breakdown when Anthony got kicked off and they mouthed I love you to each other (something was definitely going on there). She also was much more relaxed in the finale and afterwards during interviews and such she was like a differen person. She always had it vocally but I only wish she was mroe relaxed in AI or that she showed her personality and emotion a little more prior to Anthony's elimination and the finale and beyond. Maybe then people would not have been turned off by her so much. Although if you don't like country music then you won't like her but she also has some pop songs on her album too and they are really good. I guess its up to what everyone's tastes are but I do think her stiffness and lack of emotion and personality on AI hurt her likability with some people but she has a huge fanbase,as evidenced by the voting on AI and on her sales.

Well Simon did say she would sell more then any other previous Idol winner and she is very marketable and in a very popular genre. Her album can cross into several genres including country, Christian, pop, and country pop and that makes it pretty accessible and appealing to varying groups of people.

One of the main problems with AI is that the contestants can't be themselves, and when they try to break out, they get criticized. Also, they're trying to please the judges too. Take away Simon, Randy, and Paula and those limiting theme nights, I'm sure most would shine and give it all they got.

Carrie Underwood's personality is perfect for country music, where less is more and excessive flashiness is looked down upon for the most part.

Kellie will suck once again this week but I think it's Paris's time to go.

Wouldn't surprise me at all to see Chris, Paris and Elliot in the bottom three.

But can the show be that predictable? Yes...

Anyway, I think a guy will win (Taylor or Chris)... but Katharine has a great chance if she keeps knocking these songs out of the park. She really reminds me of Kelly. A slow but steady performer who kept rising and rising and rising... In AI-1 I thought for sure Justin or Tamyra would win (but I wanted Kelly) but then bam ... Kelly won.

But in AI2, it was pretty obvious Clay would win but then bam ... Ruben won.

In AI3... I guess it was pretty obvious Fantasia would win. The judges almost always loved her... Me personally, I would of rather had Latoya. She was pretty much robbed.

In AI4, from the start I figured Carrie or Bo would win.

So.... I think Chris or Taylor will win.

Kelly was the clear and obvious choice for AI1 all season, IMO.

I hope she doesn't get voted off. It was pitchy, but overall it was a good performance.

Katherine was really good IMO - I think this is the first time I completely disagreed with the judges.

Elliot was ok.

Kellie was HORRIBLE. She butchered that song and was so stiff up there. I really did not like it at all. She needs to GO.

Taylor wasn't good at all either, but not as bad as Kellie.

Paris was good.

Chris was amazing. Great great job - I still say he should be the winner, with Katherine coming in 2nd, and Paris in 3rd.

Did anyone notice how the #'s were changing foe example Ryan said that Paris # was Idols 04 but the screen said Idols 10 It looks like theres gonna be 3 days of idol this week, and their gonna have to have a re-vote.
