Did he host once before? He's a good choice if not a slightly "outdated" one seeing as how he had those few years where he was really riding high. I really like WB and the other night they announced he'd be doing a tribute to James Brown on DWTS and I literally groaned. That surprised me. I think he maybe got a little overexposed for a while there and honestly (my own hangup here) I think I enjoy him more when he's being funny and less when he takes himself a little too seriously with the R&B crooner bit.

Nice, just continue to kick soap fans in the teeth. The show hosted by the person who hosts a show that took GL's place

Yes I'm petty. It's nothing against WB, he rocks

I still have bad memories of how annoying and smug I found everyone on Drew Carey's version of Whose Line Is It Anyway?

He did an OK job hosting Don't Forget the Lyrics, so he might be good here.

I don't watch Let's Make a Deal (apparently no one else does either - CBS should have just run a test pattern in that timeslot since last I heard it actually does worse than GL), so I don't know how he is on there.

If you're petty, then I'm petty as well, bc I see this as a kick in the teeth too.
