They should be ashamed for putting Robin under that harsh courthouse lighting all episode.

First Ford, now this... RC must have a thing for pizza man porn. First tape he snuck from his dad's sock drawer back in the day.

There is just so much sex going on today. Imagine all the red faced teenaged girls watching with their grandmas.

When David was speaking with Viki at the courthouse. She said the friendship with Dorian went both ways. Then he said...

Me too. She is SO unnecessary.

Hubby doesn't seem to mind..... ;)

Wink, wink. Nod, nod. Know what I mean?

Oy today was bad, bad soap. The dialogue and acting for B&N scenes were even bad today OUCH.

Only bright spot was ES/RS delivered a genuine, heartfelt how the heck did Viki/Dorian get to be "friends" moment and I bought it. Viki looked suitably uncomfortable with Dorian's gushing and Dorian looked suitably a tad more insecure than her gushing words.

Wow. I am almost embarrassed to admit that I am enjoying this TRASH. It is trashy fun. The show just makes me smile. IT doesn't make me think. It doesn't make me feel. It doesn't teach me anything. I simply enjoy it. And Josh Kelly to me is the HOTTEST.

And SFK, I second the horrific lighting on poor Robin today. My god. OLTL tends to be so well lit, but you simply DO NOT light a woman in her 60's like that. I don't care what the budget is. OLTL needs to tone down the lighting in daytime scenes. The night scenes are lit beautifully.

Maybe that's why he tries to overcompensate with the most cleavage on a male on OLTL I've seen since Bo's last love scene. (not that I disapprove of Josh Kelly's pecs, it's one of the few times I actually bother looking at the screen anymore so I guess Valentini's vision for this show is working)

You know, amybe I was just in a good mood cuz it was Friday, or maybe I've given up on expecting anything but campy hijinks from OLTL, but I kinda agree. I thought today's ep was more or less painless, stupid, trashy, and actually had fun watching it. (I didn't expect anything else, but I seriously doubt any element of that porn shoot had ay basis in reality--from not recognizing your "actor", to the postively Victorian undergarments and porno directors even pretending anymore that they have a script...)

And yes, that was the first timein ages I found myself thinking about how old Robin looked--and then feeling guilty for doing so... OLTL usually has really good lighting given their limitations, although I do think sometimes their dark scenes (not night scenes per se, but indoor "dark" scenes) are way too dark... I remember everyone commenting a while back on those Tea in the warehouse scenes being next to impossible to even tell what's happening, and I noticed that again the other week, even when I bumped the contrast on my tv)

(I'd like Josh a lot more if he wasn't anyother in Valentini's fetish for waxing his male stars--which granted most soaps still do, but OLTL seems to be most obsessed with. By his facial hair alone it's obvious he's not so plastic smooth naturally--obviously I've thought about this too much).

    • Nope still in development. ABC/Disney are having their upfronts today though, so there's a very slight hope we might get an update.
    • Has anyone ever posted January and February 1974? I can't find them in the 'Look Back to 75' thread. Thanks.
    • Did January and February 1974 DSN ever get posted? I can't seem to find it in this thread.
    • I agree. Especially after SilkPress got back to her apartment and started to mock Nicole. Her dislike for Nicole and seeing her as a threat to her getting Teddy Bear is growing worse. So I could see her pulling a kidnapping on Nicole at some point. If anything she was going there to poke the bear and got pressed (pun unintended) when the bear gathered her.   Completely understandable.

    • I swear this entire time I thought Roman knew about the Phillip/Vivian letter lol.  I do like how mature Roman/Kate are as a couple.  It makes me sad the new writers never got a chance to write for John/Marlena. I agree with @AbcNbc247 that the Felicity stuff is a bit after school special-y.  I am pretty sure that (most) of the viewing audience is aware that a grown man should not be shouting at any teenage girl especially one with disabilities.  Just let Xander apologize and move on. Linsey Godfrey was in her Sarah baby voice mode today and it irritates me to no end.   I know it's a cutesy thing her and Xander do but it's annoying. Bringing Kevin back is strange, but I do like the use of history.  I do think Rex probably could have been used instead, but whatever.  I don't care about Rex much either lol.
    • I mean over the past decades. But I do agree that in recent years now, the writing is not working for them as well as it used to then. It's same old, same old...which is what made the Damian storyline refreshing. At least for me.
    • Did Denise give any interviews where she talked about her first few years on GH... '73-75? I wonder if she had any regrets leaving Days for GH, as from what I've read, the show was in the dumps writing-wise, so am thinking she didn't have great story? Any Leslie story highlights I've seen always start with '76, after Gloria Monty took charge.
