Erin Chambers (Siobhan) posted on her twitter about an hour ago that GH offered her a contract. Looks like she accepted.

I've been dying to tell everyone and today it is official. I was offered a contract on General Hospital and I couldn't be more excited!!!

Yay, I do so like her and Lucky.

Lucky deserves to be "lucky" in love since Lizzie can't keep her legs closed.

I am a very casual viewer of GH, but I was hoping this was Abby as well.

I hope everyone noticed my sarcasm in the subtitle LOL. This is so not exciting, nor is it necessary! This girl should be leaving PC, not making herself at home lets pray the accent at least goes back to Ireland.

I was hoping when it was revealed she was working for the Balkan that her accent would be fake and dropped.

I was hoping for Abby or Maya.

NOPE! (though I liked her a bit in the beginning but I cant stand her now). Ok maybe that subtitle should be erased and replaced with "UGH" or something...lol.

Who knows what they will do with her...it's gonna be revealed soon I think because Jason is already suspicious & zoning in on The Hoff. Only a matter of time before he finds out he's the Balkin and Siobhan gets outed.

Watch them do a repeat of the Mary Bishop/Conner story with the real Ronan O'Reilly turning up alive and Jonathan Jackson playing a dual role.

I do have to say this announcement doesnt bode well for Elizabeth. The ONLY thing she has going for her is this non-story revolving around the paternity of her baby and inevitable reunion with Lucky. They've done diddly squat with it since she returned a few months ago and I continue to see her remaining on the backburner looking on jealous at Siobhan, throwing the occasional bitchy adn judgemental comment

+1 I flove Abby and would rather see Andrea Bogart on contract than Lucky Charms

It's WRONG that Maya wasn't given one but what do I expect? ABC is racist.

That said, I appreciate the diversity she brings with her Irish background so that's a plus. Can't say I know much one way or the other about the character, I don't watch consistently.

If they do go that route, I'd tune in. Jonathan is ridiculously talented and then he could have Lucky and Ronan be with Elizabeth and Siob-whatever with them.
