continuing with what @JAS0N47 and @j swift said above . . .

AnnaLynne McCord's hiring for DAYS was announced on December 18, 2023, with the character name of "Marin" (name used only for the casting announcement).
https://deadline.com/2023/12/days-of-our-lives-casts-annalynne-mccord-90210-1235671750/

Michael Maloney said AnnaLynne McCord was filming episodes for "Paper Empire" on location in Saudi Arabia, in the role of Tabitha Sutton, a seasoned CIA agent/cyber security analyst, but "she completed her Paper Empire role prior to joining the cast of DAYS."
https://soaphub.com/days-of-our-lives/news-days/days-star-annalynne-mccord-does-double-duty-shooting-paper-empire-in-saudi-arabia/

From the Paper Empire facebook page, ALMc was filming Paper Empire scenes in Saudi Arabia Dec. 18-23, 2025.

Per Jason47, the DAYS studio was dark
during the workweeks of Dec. 25-29, 2023 and Jan. 1-5 2024.
https://jason47.com/days/productionschedule.html

ALMc's first airdate was June 19, 2024 for one episode.
https://www.jason47.com/days/castbios3.html
June 19, 2024 was when she was seen shown on the silent video that Chad and Julie watched at the bank.
That was her only appearance in June 2024.
She didn't air at all during July 2024.
(She appeared Aug. 1, 2024 only as a flashback of June 19, 2024.)
Then she began airing regularly starting Aug. 8, 2025
(edit - I meant starting Aug. 8, 2024)
https://www.jason47.com/days/castcharts2024.html

So, from Jason's production schedule, she probably began taping the August 2024 episodes during week of 1/22/24-1/26/24.
(with the usual disclaimer that this is an estimate since sets/characters are sometimes taped out of order).

My guess (without knowing anything) is that although the June 2024 episodes were taped in December 2023, I would assume that AnnaLynne's June 19, 2024 scene was taped in January when she taped the August episodes, and then edited into the June episode.  (because she was in Saudi Arabia in December.)

Foremost@janea4old - that is an amazing summary of sleuthing!

Secondly, why is AMC (A-LM?) suddenly being typecast as an espionage analyst? - ie Cat and Tabitha have the same job.

I think you mean "she began airing regularly starting Aug. 8, 2024." (again the timeline is nuts to keep straight)

So, if she debuted 8/8/24, and that was taped 1/15/2024, her one year contract would've ended around 1/9/2025.

@JAS0N47 shows that episodes taped that week, air this week.

2025:
Week of 1/6/25-1/10/25 # 15225-15233 (airing 10/13/25-10/23/25)

It must be the tape date, so they are paid as the work is completed.

@JAS0N47  Do contracts start on the tape-date or the airdate?  I used to know but I have forgotten.

They start whatever day you sign the contract I guess, which would normally be close to the first tape date. A guarantee of x amount of episodes for 13 weeks.

So, @JAS0N47 , they name-checked you on screen, but they won't simply add you to the email list for the production schedule?  That seems inconsiderate.  😉

What's confusing regarding AnnaLynne is that she (apparently? maybe?) started taping a month after she was announced to be on contract. So did she sign in Dec. 2023 but start taping in Jan. 2024?  Was her contract specified for that circumstance?  Or maybe it was just advance publicity that she would later be on contract?

But, either way, there would be less than three weeks left.  And given that, DAYS rarely shows the same characters two weeks in a row.  That's not many episodes left...

Also, logically, they announce the day the contract is signed, not sooner.

Looks like Arianne Zucker settled her lawsuit with Corday and the former EP. I wonder if this will allow for her to return on screen at some point? It did seem she wanted to do that when the lawsuit began.

Remember, back in August 2024, a Los Angeles County judge ruled that Zucker could proceed with her claim seeking a court order to bar Alarr from future harassing behavior in the industry. That was her final court appearance, and during it, Alarr’s attorney pushed back against the provision, saying that would prevent him from ever holding a similar job again. But the judge sided with Zucker, stating there was sufficient evidence that Alarr should never be in a producer role again.

That ruling likely played a major role in motivating the settlement. If the court had already determined that his conduct warranted a professional ban, it stood to reason the rest of the case wouldn’t go in his favor.

Given this couple's notorious history, does anyone think it was unwise to promote a story about being "surprised" by her husband? 😉  This would be an invitation for bad comments from trolls (like me, I suppose)image.png

Since these two have never said anything about the scandal and pretended Missy left the show to spend time with her family and kids even with a very non discrete lawsuit, it doesn't surprise me

They've always been tone deaf, so I think it's possible they think people want their marriage advice.  They have been married a long time.  I guess whatever works lol.
