At first I thought it was still tied to the Franco killing but that was already over by this point, maybe...?

Eric's presence makes me laugh because out of context he looks like a peeping tom.

Just by looking at the promo I THINK it has something to do with Franco because that story went on for a long time and there were a lot of false leads.

I also vaguely remember Krista Allen in a beret doing some ISA work and pretending to be in love with Roman (and actually hooking up with him).  I can't confirm this is that plot though.

Eric, even when Jensen Ackles was playing him, was useless as usual lol.

I know you are totally joking and it's not that serious, but I have always felt bad Krista had to play a fake prostitute being injected with heroin while she was very pregnant.   She had to lay in that bed for weeks while Bo was like "sorry I got you into this situation🤷‍♀️.  "  I wonder what Hope is doing today?"  😂

That was so grueling to watch (at the same time you had Kassie de Paiva on OLTL playing a stillbirth while heavily pregnant). It did make me respect Krista as an actress because I thought she did a very good job.

I hated that story and found it so demeaning, but Krista seemed to be up for the task.   I think the years have gone by and the Lisa Rinna glaze has worn off, so people do accept she did a decent job as Billie against horrible writing.

I thought she did too. I hadn't seen a ton of Lisa's run, which helped. Billie is a character they got so wrong so often. Probably why she isn't around now (that and Chelsea also being gone for so long).

Was the Franco story tied into the story with the Italian mafia with that woman (Marlo) who was drinking and pregnant and pushed down the stairs or had her neck broken, or whatever it was? I know that was tied into Hope's baby story. Maybe I am mixing it all up.

Lisa had more natural charisma and was quite fresh in the role.  I did love her take on Billie.  Krista was just up against the JER years where he very much hated Bo/Hope and wanted to make Bo/Billie a thing again but the chemistry just wasn't there and the storylines were ridiculous.

You are right about her falling down the stairs and dying and being drunk.  That's why the Hope/Lexie switch had the original child having FAS.  Hope/Gina couldn't remember if she drank or not and the child ended up being JT Reiber and I assume is doing well lol?  The dad and stepmom took him after the whole baby switch.  And Bo/Hope got Zack back only for him to die a year or 2 later because Chelsea ran him over.

I'm really surprised Carlivati never brought back JT Reiber, with as much as he loved forcing Dr. Rolf on us. He is biologically his great uncle after all.
