On GL, Douglas Marland only began introducing his new characters in the spring: Kelly and Nola first appeared in the same week, the second of March while Morgan was introduced mid-April a week after her mother Jennifer.

Lainie was not written out immediatly by Marland. Kathleen Kellaigh last aired in March 1981 where Lainie moved to Chicago with Carter Bowder (Alan Austin) whom she married there. From what I've read, it sounds like Marland did not use a lot Lainie and Carter, they were recurring characters.

All My Children

There was lots of mumbo-jumbo and things that go bump in the night as Myra and Nina contacted Daisy in the spirit worl. Sybil chided Betsy for not letting Sean score a home run on their first date. Director Mike Paine gave Devon and Sean the leads in a community play. When Wally gets a job in construction, he wants to celebrate but Devon is too busy with the play. Donna was triumphant at her Chateau opening, but Phoebe scolded her, saying Donna would end up like Kelly. Several Pine Valley residents were miffed they weren’t invited to Phoebe and Palmer’s maked ball on Nina’s birthday. Arguments with Nancy and Russ were causing Frank problems with his blood presure.

Of course, Daisy isn’t a ghost, Myra, her mother, kept her hidden at the mansion. Daisy urged Nina during a séance to accept Cliff’s engagement ring, which she did. Phoebe was the scandal of the masked ball when she dressed as Cleopatra. Kelly doesn't want to see Linc before she goes to the electric chair. Sean convinced Devon to skip out on Wally for rehearsals. Paul and Ellen made wedding plans, while Anne remembered her baby. Frank developed high blood pressure. Brooke made eyes at Torn. Daisy's been paid by Palmer to play dead since she ran off with another man 15 years ago. Palmer detected signs of Daisy's reappearance.

Tara was thrilled to get a phone call from Phil who is alive and in South America. Palmer ran Daisy out of town on a rail for the second time after Nina's party, threatening to kill her if she ever returns. Myra warned Palmer that Linc has a letter of truth for Nina should Myra or Daisy die. Palmer agred to let both of them go. Daisy, with a promise of extra monthly cash from Palmer head for New York but assured Myra she would be back to see her daughter. Devon finally gave in to Waily's physical desires but pretended she was making love to Sean. Edna made plans to see more of Hank, a seedy Texas-type tycoon she met in a bar. Cliff pressured Nina to announce their engagement. Palmer was outraged.

Phil's plane crashed. Tara blamed herself for insisting he take plane instead of returning by boat from Venezuela. Linc found Phoebe's handkerchief wiih gun powder burns in Claudette's car and had it analysed. Palmer consented to Ciiff and Nina's engagement but cautioned them he hasn't approved a marriage yet. While Paul and Ellen planned a honeymoon, Anne remembered Beth's death and showed signs of further progress. Devon was in shambles after Sean taught her how to kiss passionately for their stage roles. With this mutual attraction, Devon felt she could not rehease and feinged illness. Hank courted Edna on his jet. Russ wants to adopt Carl to get Frank out of the child's life. Charlie thinks he's lost his best friend, since Tad has a girlfriend, Suzanne. Donna accused Chuck of being happy about Phil’s demise so that he will have a clear shot at Tara.

Another World

Rose agreed to marry Paul. Joey asked Kit to consider marriage. Victoria recognized Kit as Kit Halloway, a society child who had been kidnapped by the Red Brigade for ransom in Italy. Kit fears Joey would dump her if he knew of her family wealth. Victoria promised to keep mum. Janice pressured Mac to let Willis run the company since Mac’s feeling poorly. Dennis and Phillip promoted Cecile’s art work. Russ feared Tracy’s carrer will push him out of the limelight. Hazel arranged to have Blaine’s inherited property sold in order to cover up the loot Blaine will be making as a mob informer. Brian isn’t ready to reconcile with Iris who made it look as though Tracy was after Willis. Rachel read the manuscript and joked that Janice resembles the character who tried to kill her husband. Kevin decided he needs more than his medical practice and was he needs is Pat.

Janice panicked that Mitch wants to go straight and wants to halt the poison plot against Mac. Janice realized Mitch is getting close to Rachel and Amanda. Sally dated intern Dan Cooper, but told him she still loves Joey. Rose wondered about Kit's family after Kit and Joey made wedding plans. Victoria begged Kevin to save Reena from herself. Hazel and Blaine struggled to be the big cheese in the mob. Vivian was romanced by Renaldo and Rudy. Brian warned Iris to be sure if she wants to reconcile. Rachel suspected that Janice is causing Mac's deteriorating condition. Stryker agreed to return with Victoria to Houston.

Stryker and Victoria left for Houston and Kevin agreed to reconcile with Reena. Rachel tried unsuccessfully to convince Mac's friends that Janice is poisoning him. Phillip asked Cecile to marry him. Gwen realized that Willis knows more about Mac than he's telling. Rose opened her Italian restaurant. Tracy began her new nightclub career. Janice made plans to take Mac to the Caribbean and Mitch is to follow them. Jerry suspected that someone is still tipping off the local drug dealers about impending police raids. Janice insinuated to Willis if he didn’t tell anyone about Mac’s illness, he might get Mac’s job as head of Cory Publishing. Hazel called Blaine after Larry got his inheritance and told her she better start earning the inheritance.

Rachel failed to locate Janice and Mac in the Caribbean. She decided to stick close to Mitch in hopes that he would lead her to close to them. Kit feared Sally may find out about Kit's past and use it to win Joey for herself Janice asked Mitch to join her since she doesn't know how to handle Mac, who is dying on her. Cecile overheard Iris and Philip argue about the money Iris paid him to break up Cecile and Jamie. Cecile didn't hear Phillip's love admission and she later stole Iris and Phil's contract, swearing revenge on them both. Jason convinced Pat to do an article on Tracy's career. Hazel warned Blaine that the “big boys" will shut her up if she continues to act superior. Mitch told Rachel he wants to spend his life with her.

John covered up the facts of Ian’s death to save Dee’s reputation. Kim and Betsy grew fond of Nick, whose wife died. The Hugheses jumped on Brad for swindling them, which he denied. Annie did not believe Brad. Raymond ranted when Tom and Barbara tried to retrieve Paul from Claudia. Joyce admitted to Grant that she was in a mental institution in California and that her illness stemmed from her tormented childhood. Mary was upset because too many people were forgetting how Joyce behaved the last time she was in Oakdale. Nick gave Sheila a loan. The Stewarts were offered mineral rights leases for their property. Melinda hung around Plaka, Nick’s restaurant, which features a belly dancer. Jeff was about to be made temporary chief of staff.

Kim and Nick went ga-ga over each other, but Melinda and belly dancer Jasmine are also keen on the guy. Raymond and Claudia agreed to let Barbara take Paul for the time being. Tom backed Barbara's story that Paul is the child of a sick friend. Barbara remembered romancing James Stenbeck. Brad hired Joyce, who's convinced she's over her mental illness. Joyce feared Lisa would get her fired, then learned Lisa lent Brad money to buy the Hughes property. Don didn't press charges against Joyce, but Mary's suspicious of Joyce's intentions towards Teddy. Dee leaned on John for support to face her folks.

Barbara, who is living at Lisa's, was shocked to receive a phone call from James Stenbeck. James arrived in Oakdale after seeing Barbara's photo in a newspaper. John scoffed at Kim's interest in Nick. Don shocked his family by taking Brad on as a legal client. Mary was upset that Joyce crashed Teddy's birthday party. Brad repaid Lisa's loan and refused to fire Joyce. Nick warned Melinda not to come on strong with him. Annie responded to Brad's kisses. Dee can't get Ian's death out of her mind. Lisa was afraid Joyce will tell Nancy she loaned Brad money, Lisa barred the news and feared she had lost love of people who mean most to her. Although Grant pleaded Joyce’s case, Mary and Don decided she could not see Teddy and even denied the request for her to see the child for a few minutes on his birthday.

Annie grew fonder of Brad, but his eyes lit up after meeting Dee. Mary accused Don of siding with Joyce. Mary insists that Joyce not see Teddy again and told Teddy that Joyce has done deliberately harmful things in the past. Barbara tried to flee from James, who caught up with her after Lisa innocently told James where Barbara was, and reminisced about their affair. They mentionned his wife Inga, with Barbara recalling one of James’ emissaries saying Barbara had to terminate her pregnancy. Tom tried to learn the connection between James and Paul. Brad hired Melinda away from Lisa. Dee was named a beneficiary in Ian's will. Brad hired Jay for a building project, who in turn hired Nick to head the crew.

Days Of Our Lives

Robert warned Neil to steer clear of Mimi. Don and Mickey fired Linda. Maggie was heartbroken when Cathy packed to move into the student dorm. Donna was picked up by the highway patrol after escaping from a punk who tried to molest her. Don warned Terry never to go near Donna. Sam noticed Marlena was ill. Mimi told Trish to replace the fake diamond with the real thing. Linda fought with Bob and left him without noticing he collapsed. Bob orders Stephanie to help Mary’s career. Stephanie passed out on David’s couch.

Phyllis hospitalized Bob after Linda kept his medicine from him. Stephanie told Bob she's really Brooke. Bob changed his will to give Linda's share to Stephanie. Earle burned his office and split after denying that he'd switched Trish's real diamond for a fake one. Doug and Lee's honeymoon was cut short when she contracted a disease. Don and Donna delivered an anti-pornography lecture. Alex convinced Mary that Stephanie's lying about being Brooke, who was in a car crash after Alex admitted plans to wed Mary. Neil came on strong with Julie. Linda panicked that Bob would remember she left him for dead.

Services were held for Stephanie (Brooke) who died after her car crash. Alex assumed Bob's chores at Anderson Mfg. and asked Mary to be his wife. Trish got a loan from Doug so she could pay off Durand. Bob remembered that Linda had left him to die. Lee had a change of heart after realizing how much Doug's friends mean to to him and suggested they buy a new house in Salem. Terry turned state's evidence against Earle so Don would go easy on him. Feeling she can never rise above her bad reputation as a “porno queen”, Donna wants to leave town. Jordan intimated that Marie wasn't emotionally able to cope with her unwed mother's clinic duties. Marie suggested Cathy study under a doctor in Cleveland.

Marlena gave birth to a premature baby boy, Don Jr. Bill warned Margo against a pregnancy since her illness seems to be flaring up again. Chris returned and fought with Alex about Anderson policies. Bob wasn't thrilled by Alex and Mary's engagement, and Jordan noticed Marie's concern about Alex's motives. Bob told Mickey that he wants custody of Melissa and that Linda only deserves a cash settlement for a divorce. Phyllis agreed to nurse Bob once he is realeased from the hospital. Don advised Linda to leave Salem and start her life anew. Julie fumed that Lee and Doug are buying a new house. Maggie planned an anniversary party for Tom and Alice. Cathy's living and working in Chicago. Trish ignored Margo’s suggestion and told Mickey about the missing diamond but wasn’t sure this will take care of the problem. Tom prepared to step down as chief of staff and return to private practice. Laura wanted to come home for visit and informed Bill if she can’t lead a normal life, she wanted him to file for divorce but he protested.

The Doctors

Brad’s roomies are fellow inters Alan Ross and Darcy Collins. Mildred spilled the beans to Nola that Jessica is Jason’s dauhter. John learned that Ashley has been off birth control pills. Viveca gave Luke more money. Maggie promised to help Laura once she’s well. Mona hired dectective Farrell to get the goods to prove that Nola’s an unfit mother. Seeing Carolee confide to John, Greta gets the wrong idea and thinks there’s more there than friendship.

Mona kept Jessica hidden from Nola. Mike offered his shoulder to Nola. Mona fired Mildred and hired the Bensons to care for Jessie. Mildred gave Mona's house keys to Nola. Jack planned a hospital release party for Maggie, but Ashley flubbed arranging the affair.

Mike provided Nola with a hideout after she was able to steal Jessica away from Mona. Bennett confided to Carolee that Ashley hasn't been mentally stable since her father died in an auto crash. John met her while she was a patient suffering from the depression following the accident she was a passenger in. Luke felt guilty about seeing Viveca while Missy is away. Carolee told Bennett she let Nola take Jessica.

Viveca ordered Luke to get rid of Missy, who returned from Europe. Darcy and Alan weren't thrilled that Brad wanted to add another roommate, Jeff. Terri Foster joined Hope Memorial. Her mother is Viveca's housekeeper. Mona tracked down Nola and Jessica. Nola blurted out to Steve that Carolee had helped her take Jessica. Ashley questioned Terri about pregnancies, then told John that she's expecting. Mike and M.J. shared a kiss.

The Edge Of Night

Deborah suspected that Elliot killed Margo. Elliot claimed to have been at a movie when Margo was attacked, but Deborah proved that he was lying. Elliot confessed that he'd actually been with a married woman. April was devastated by Margo's death. Draper wondered if April believes in his innocence. Nola admitted to Steve and Deborah that she posed as Mrs. Cory as a joke. Logan insisted to Derek that Draper couldn't have killed Margo. Nicole professed Draper's innocence to Derek, who pointed out that it's easy for men like Draper and Miles to commit violent acts. April collapsed and went into premature labor.

Derek had Miles jailed after Miles attacked him. April had premature labor pains when Draper was arrested for Margo's murder. Cliff hopped to prosecute Draper while Logan tried to find the real killer. Mike saved Nancy from a knife threat by Benny. Deborah taunted Nola about Elliot’s “mystery woman” alibi.

Derek urged Deborah to press attempted murder charges against Nola whose name was on Benny's drug customer list. Miles sweated out the effects of the drugs that Nola put in his office water cooler. Deborah urged Logan and Cliff into putting Elliott on the stand in Draper's trial. Nola learned Elliott still has keys to Margo's apartment. As Draper’s trial began, the andiron he held the night of Margo’s death was exhibited as evidence. Elliot admitted Margo would not give him divorce in order to marry Nola and said he lied about his whereabouts when Margo was murdered. A surprise witness was called: the married woman he spent the night with; Raven Swift.

Elliot's surprise alibi turned out to be Raven Swift, who testified she had returned to town and dined with him the night Margo was murdered. Later Raven told Elliot she has to be a good girl so she can win her son back from Logan. Logan was skeptical about her. Derek promised to nail Nola even though Miles and Deborah haven't signed complaints against her. Deborah learned there is a real Mrs. Corey, an elderey woman who worked ad the newspaper. April had labor pains. Geraldine was offered the job as April's station manager. Draper was found guilty of Margo’s murder. Miles was aware he may continue to have periods of emitional disturbance.

General Hospital

Anne agreed to a separate-room ski weekend with Joe. Frank had his henchman Bill Watson keep tabs on Laura after she overheard Frank and Luke conduct shady business. Frank wanted Scotty and Lee as his lawyers, but Lee wants to check out Frank’s connections. Monica explained her and Alan’s disappearance by saying they’re spending a lot of time at home alone. Lesley wouldn’t reconcile with Rick who resigned as cardiology chief. Alan fantasized that Rick and Monica die. Jennifer overheard Luke admit his love to Laura.

Luke asked Jennifer to keep mum about Laura since it's over between them. Diana stopped herself after kissing Jeff, fearing she was out to win him for P.J.’s sake. Alan Junior's christening was held in the renovated attic playroom. Les refused to be godmother but Rick was trapped. Rose Kelly is Rick's new landlady in a waterfront apartment. Phil tailed Laura after she tried to contact the FBI. Frank pushed Luke toward Jennifer. Luke warned Laura to agree to Frank's Vegas trip to view the new disco or she would be dead. And, Jeremy chided Joe about Joe's intentions toward Anne on their ski trip.

Frank instructed Bill to make sure that Laura had a fatal "attempted suicide." Edward paid Joe for obtaining and supposedly destroying Monica's deposition. Anne told Joe that she's saving her “virtue" for marriage. Luke became very attentive to Jennifer after overhearing that her husband would some day inherit Mr. Smith's entire "business”. Monica found herself trapped in the attic playroom during a spooky thunderstorm.

Jeff learned that Rose is Joe's young stepmother and that Joe and his father are on the outs. Susan rubbed it into Mitch that she's dating Frank. Luke overheard Bill tell Jennifer not to get hung up on Luke because Luke loves another woman. Luke was able to sneak the tape back to Mr. Smith’s office before he learned it was taken. Alan continued fantasizing Rick and Monica's deaths. Monica discovered Alan destroyed the deposition but believed he read it first and knew about her affair with Rick. Frank assured Laura she is forgiven for trying to call the FBI. But he later gave her photo to his Vegas hitman. Jessie agreed to a weekend date with Dan, who nervously reserved two rooms. Jeremy’s jealousy of Joe and Anne’s relationship surfaced. Diana suggested she and Jeff no longer see each other. Tracy was incredulated when the hospital records – which unbeknowst to her have been doctored – showed that Alan and Alan Jr. have the same blodd type.

Guiding Light

Roger abducted Rita at the bazaar. Ross told Lucille that Amanda subsidized Carter’s art contract with Ben. Ross insisted that Justin didn’t stand a chance of adopting Philip. Sara told Ed that Rita’s unborn baby is his child. Renee testified that Roger plotted to kidnap Christina. Katie fell asleep when Mark got passionate and admitted being tired of being a swinging bachelor. Lucille’s investigator, Pierson, continued searching for Jane, even though she drowned many moons ago. Evie was distraught over Rita’s disappearance.

Ben found Greg keeping Eve company while the cops searched for Roger and Rita. Ed and Mike headed for a cabin that Adam remembered as Roger's retreat. Roger escaped, leaving Rita who struggled to escape her bonds, knocking over a kerosene lamp. Katie warned Floyd not to get hung up on Hillary, who's trying to drop him gently. Hope asked Alan to elope with her when his divorce is final. Pierson located Jane Marie's parents in Canada. Diane covered up Alan's complicity with Roger. Amanda admitted to Carter that she's financing Ben's art because she loves Ben.

Ed and Mike rescued Rita from the fire but she hernorrhaged, causing her to lose her and Ed's son. Ross overheard Pierson telling Lucille about Amanda's supposed mother's possible whereabouts. Lucille headed for Canada hoping to find Amanda's mother. Amanda spent a night "talking" to Ben who admitted he doesn't know how he feels about her. Greg told Eve he's never cared for anyone like he does her. The police searched for Roger who had departed before the fire.

Mike concocted a plan to secretly send Holly and Christina to Santo Domingo, while "smoking out" Roger in Springfield. No one realized that Roger bugged Holly's house, where the plan was hatched. Mr. Stafford told Lucille that Jane Marie was dead. Holly apologized to Rita for their past differences, and Ed confronted Rita over the loss of their child. Justin found Jackie's note saying she's off for Rome and won't return until she can handle being around Phillip. Elizabeth told Mike that she fears Justin regrets marrying her. Lucille thought Ben was trying to uncover her detective, but it actually was Ross. After making love to Greg, Evie realized how Ben managed to have a flind with Diane even though he professed his love for Evie. Evie’s revelation came too late as she and Ben receive their final divorce decree.

One Life to Live

Mario rescued Bo from a drunk with a knife at the River Rat. Asa arrived and fumed about Bo fouling up the land deals. Dorian took a shine to Pat’s talk-show job. Brad’s fellow inmate, Aldo Pierson is pushing him to the breaking point, while Brad acted like a protector for his cellmate, Curt. Jenny broke down while visiting Brad. Ed realized Karen’s jealous of Faith. Pat tried to face the facts of Maggie’s death by returning to the cellar. Will cautionned her it would be some time before she gets over the emotional scars of her sister’s death. Mimi complained that Asa wants to dump her. With Richard at the hospital, Becky tore up her contract. Asa was impressed by her voice.

Gretel complained to Pat that her romance with Herb is going nowhere. Becky resisted signing a record contract with Asa for Richard's sake, but she misses the limelight. Katrina realized Mary developed a fever. Faith got chummy with Anna. Dorian realized that she and Asa could use each other for career purposes. Aldo was released. Clint remembered that he broke off with Asa after pappa tried to "teach him to be a man' by leaving him on a deserted island for several days. Carla had second thoughts at her job-leaving bash.

Asa, who is suffering from heart trouble, begged Clint to forgive him his past deeds. Gretel refused Herb's marriage proposal. Asa thwarted Dorian's plans to take over Pat's television show when he agreed to do an interview exclusively with Pat. Furious, Dorian fired Gretel. Moving back to city, Wanda and Vinnie took over Tony's Place. Tina was uneasy about Jamie and Dave Strickland's sexual interest in her. Faith feared the loss of her job and Larry when the Buchanan's withdrew financial support of the free clinic. Johnny backed off on road trip since Becky wouldn’t be going along. Fearing for his life, Brad fashioned weapon out of a spoon. Jenny got a call from a prisonmate’s girlfriend warning her Brad’s days were numbered.

Asa vowed revenge after Richard accused Asa on Pat's TV show of having Richard mugged. Clint demoted Richard to obit writer to keep him out of trouble. Ill-will between Clint and Asa revs up when Clint published a story telling of the Buchanan family taking back a loan to free clinic. Jamie was miffed that Mick and Tina were confidantes. Ivan took a shine to Mimi. Pat rebuffed Bo's dinner invitation. Pat stalled accepting Bo's dating invitations. Karen accused Faith of using ploys to win Larry's affections. Aldo wasn't relased. He's still in prison, threatening to "cut up" Brad. Edwina grew weary of Mario's chauvinistic manners. Katrina called a halt at halftime when her date, Moose, tried to get too cuddly. Carla was angry when Jack’s birthday present turned out out be a cottage at a snobbish white community. Noticing that Mario has the same scar as Marco, Dorian planned to resume her effort to unmask the truh about Marco’s death.

Ryan’s Hope

Kim learned Rae leaked the documents that forced Frank’s Senate resignation. Michael’s first bomb attempt on Tizo failed. Joe was aware that Tizo plans to use Dee’s restaurant for drug operations. Tizo and his rival Wally built up a gangland war. Kim and Seneca kept their affair under wraps and she got wise about Page who is interested as her as an heiress, not as an actress. When Page comes on to Johnny, Maeve let her know in no uncertain termes Johnny is her man and no one else’s. Prince Albert broke his cage door after a visit from Dee.

Rae got wise that Kim's seeing a man on the sly. Kim broke into Rae's safe, seeking proof of Rae's involvement in Frank's Senate scandal. Tizo was saved from Michael's bomb when Dee broke her shoe heel on the way to the car before the explosion. Joe kept Siobhan at the Ryans until the gang war subsided. Roger fretted that Faith is hitting the bottle and still living with memories of Tom. Frank handled Kim's commercial contract.

Kim and Seneca made plans to meet in Miami. Joe admitted to Siobhan that he knows about Tizo's business but said he's not part of it. Tizo's rivals planned to hit the Crystal Palace’s opening where Tizo and Johnny were visiting Dee. Tizo was critically wounded by a hitman. Joe and Siobhan made plans to head for a vacation in Bermuda. Rae paid Kim a surprise visit in Miami and found Seneca in her room. Faith was trying to drink her loneliness away.

Rae threatened to ruin Seneca's career unless he calls it quits with Kim. Tizo was in critical condition after a gangland attack at Dee's Crystal Palace. Prince Albert escaped after a surly new zookeeper assumed duties. Jack and Johnny figured Joe would inherit Tizo's ganglord crown if Tizo dies. Joe made Siobhan stay at the Ryan's while he guarded Tizo in the hospital. Seneca refused Roger’s request that he grant Jill a divorce because he still believed that Frank was the wrong man for Jill.

Stephanie enticed Martin in order to get even with Jo. Travis and Allison tried to locate Tony and the terrorists.

Martin went undercover for Lee by gambling at Beau's club. Stephanie went along and got in debt to Beau, who took a shine to her. Allison and Travis dealt with the terrorists to give them publicity in return for Tony. Stephanie plotted to bring Kathy and David together by using Doug. Liza moaned that Travis has abandoned her.

Allison didn't let Liza know that the terrorists had captured Travis who was trying to get Tony freed. Terrorist leader, Carlos, set out to kill Liza who went to New York for a TV singing engagement. Ted organized a raid on Beau's gambling casino, remembering the affair Beau had with Ted's ex-wife. Jo learned that Stephanie and Martin are in New Orleans. Livid with Stephanie for bringing Doug to the office, Kathy began yelling at David that she doesn’t want him in her life.

Tony died after begging God to forgive him for what he did to Renata. Travis forgave him and reminded about their long and close friendship. Allison was tracked by the police after she joined the terrorists to rescue Travis: she was equipped with a one-way transmitted and the two remaining terrorsits – Carlos was now in the U.S. – told her she had to come with them. Ted’s raid on Beau's casino was a failure because Beau had been tipped off by district attorney Don McKary, who's on Beau's "payoff' payroll. Jo told Martin she'd move to New Orleans if he still wanted her. Stephanie figured she’ll get custody of Suzie if Jo splits and was shocked when Jo arrived at Martin’s home. Sunny investigated Beau's connections. Carlos stalked Liza.

Suzanne held Derek captive until they plotted to swindle money from Kay via a ransom letter. Chris was upset that April left her baby Heather alone while doing laundry. Liz forced Jill to do housework. Lucas was unabashedly in love with Casey.

Lucas gave Casey a Valentine goldfish. Vanessa convinced Lucas to stay with the company. Gloria rubbed it in to Jonas that he’s getting in over his head with Leslie. Jill turned purple when Liz offered her the house since Liz will marry Stuart. Lorie told Michael she’s divorcing Lance. Brock pleaded that Julia Newman intervene in his client, Kathy’s behalf. Suzanne disguised her voice in a ransom tape to Kay, who was advised by Douglas Austin not to pay. Tony was charged with murder.

Vanessa learned Lucas planned to ask Lance to rejoin the business. Fearing this will stop Lorie from divorcing Lance, Vanessa went and took the credit then she hustled Lorie out of town for a divorce. Victor caused Julia to fall down a flight of stairs during an argument after she testified on rehearsal. Greg realized Addison's body could have been dumped by the roadside after he died elsewhere. Kay's detective suspected Derek and Jill concocted Derek's kidnapping. Despite Jill’s warning her no one will think she’s good enough for Stuart, Liz intends to marry him. Lorie was off to Haiti for divorce and Lance left for Paris to run the European branch of Prentiss Industries.

Michael consoled Lorie after Lance moved to Paris. Jonas stood by Leslie who underwent an operation to remove a cyst. Brock worried after noticing Julia had injuries. She's backing away from Victor. Doug, assuming Jill and Derek hatched a kidnapping plan, only pretended to give the kidnappers the $50.000 Kay sent. Suzanne retrieved a shoe box full of play money which also contained a note to Derek stating Austin knows it’s a scheme. Aware they are not going to get any cash, Derek and Suzanne made it look as though he had been roughed up. He returned home and begged Kay not to call police. Jill asked Derek to prove his love by giving up Kay and her money. Snapper encouraged April to contract Paul after he learnt he is her daughter Heather's father. Greg learned Addison was visited by a blonde woman the night he died. Casey told Lucas she's not ready for a live-in arrangement. Doug kept some of the ransom money for himself.

Chuck told Charlie that Phil's plane went down and Donna fears the end of her marriage since Tara and Charlie will once again need Chuck. Devon went to a New York play with Sean, letting Ellen think she's with a theater group. Sybil refused Palmer's request that she seduce Cliff. Anne told Paul that she knows he wasn't responsible for Beth's death and he agreed, reluctantly, to continue their marriage. Linc planned a party for the suspects in Eddie's death.

Daisy got chummy with Nina and Edna by using an assumed name: Monique Joinville. Ellen promised not to tell Wally that Devon snuck out with Sean. Linc winnowed down Eddie's murder suspects at a dinner with Phoebe, Langley, Claudette and Brooke. Benny dreamed of Estelle while Edna met secretly with Hank. There was a closed-casket funeral for Phil after his body was identified. Cliff confronted Palmer about Palmer's attempt to bribe Sybil but couldn't prove that Palmer tried to arrange a Honolulu job for Cliff. Mark's hopes were high for a rematch with him and Ellen after Anne moved home with Paul. Nancy started proceedings for Russ to adopt Carl.

Linc fingered Claudette as Eddie's killer after the dinner pary. She died in a car crash trying to escape. Before dying she explaned the trugh: Eddie, being blackmailed by Claudette for skimming the Chateau books, decides to kill her and blame it on Kelly but when Eddie dropped his gun, Claudette went for it and shot him. Sean went ape over Sybil, and Devon tried to hide her jealousy. Frank told Paul he wants to fight for Carl's custody. Brooke confessed to Tom that Eddie had raped her and she had an abortion. Donna warned Edna to cool it with Hank or Edna would ruin her marriage. Paul had visions or Ellen while sleeping with Ann. Ellen leaned on Mark to get over her feelings for Paul. Nina assured Palmer that she and Cliff still want him to be a part of their lives. Carl told Frank about Russy's adoption plan.

Ellen realized that Devon slept with Sean, while telling Wally she was rehearsing. Wally was amazed by Devon’s acting talent – especially her love scene with Sean. Monique (Daisy) became chummy with Nina, who invited her to meet Cliff. Kelly was set free after Claudette's deathbed confession. Kelly and Linc talked about marriage. Phoebe forced Langley to agree to a weeding after learning that Charles and Mona plan a June marriage, as soon as Phoebe and Charles’ divorce is final. Hank offered to take Edna to his boudoir. Palmer, who hasn't met Monique, thinks she has evil plans for befriending Nina. To keep Palmer off the scent, Daisy pretended she's living in Europe where his checks are sent.

Kit refused to do a Brava story, fearing her background would come to light. Gwen suspected Willis knew more than he was telling about Janice and Mac. Larry left for New York, hoping to identify Bud's killers. Martin Brent was assigned to Brava story on Tracy.

Rachel tracked down Mitch in St Croix and seduced him so that he'd lead her to Janice and Mac. Janice spotted Rachel and Mitch in their hotel room and went bananas. The threesome separately raced to the house where Mac is dying. Kevin was jealous when Scott dated Pat. Buzz is out on parole and joined Hazel's mob. He tried to sweet-talk Biaine into hanky-panky while Jerry worked. Blaine told him she wanted nothing to do with him and suggested he be careful because he was on parole. Hazel wanted to recruit Sally for the mob. Brian and Iris reconciled, but Cecile wants to break them up to seek revenge on Iris. Jason is slavedriving Tracy. Reena drunkenly threatened Pat even though Kevin agreed to make a go of his marriage to Reena. Gwen and Willis fought about Janice until he realized the truth of Janice's intentions toward Mac.

Mitch was stabbed trying to stop Janice. She ended up dead after a knife struggle with Rachel. Mac and Mitch are in critical condition. Kit's aunt Miranda kept mum about Kit's real identity. They ran into each other after Miranda's husband Lloyd was treated for a heart ailment by Kevin. Gwen comforted Willis over Janice’s death. Iris made crazy making accusations that Willis was part of Janice's plot to kill Mac. Hazel tried to get information from Clarice about Larry's New York cop business. Miranda was intrigued by Kit's love for Joey and admitted she's divorcing Lloyd if he survives. Tracy couldn't keep up with Jason's work schedule. Sally learned Buzz is back in town. Iris and Reena agreed to keep tabs on Pat so she won't have a chance to steal Kevin.

Mac and Mitch's conditions improved. Rachel told Ada that Mac will never know Rachel slept with Mitch. Jason fed Tracy drugs to keep her going and and Russ warned that her health is slipping. Miranda tipped Kit's parents about her wedding plans with Joey, whom Miranda doesn't think is socially suitable. Kit's former fiance, Craig, arrived. Blaine succumbed to Buzz. Larry tailed Dade, Bud's suspected assassin. Mitch insisted to his lawyer Brian that Rachel's reputation must be preserved even if it means a trial. Rachel doesn't want a trial and there's no evidence against Mitch. Kevin told Reena he would give Pat the brushoff if Reena laid off her. Iris was furious that Rachel took Mac to Rachel's house to recuperate. Willis attended Janice’s funeral but asked Gwen not to come along.

John's passion for Dee is increasing while Ian’s will bequeaths two musical compositions to Dee. Brad refused to cut Lisa in on the silver mine. Sheila is working full-time for Lisa. Kim assured Nick that she and Bob are just good friends. Dee wants to work in the projected Stewart company office. Brad promised Jay an eventual office position with Brad’s company but Carol did not like the idea.

John smoldered after noticing the sexual vibes between Brad and Dee. Jeff put in a bid for Annie since Doug has departed. James was suspicious that he's Paul's father. James won the bid on the silver mine. Carol and Jay argued about Jay's business involvement with a shady guy like Brad. Tom proposed marriage to Barbara who insisted she was through with James even though Inga – the woman James left her for and married – was dead. Mary slapped Joyce during an argument, and Joyce intimated that Mary's forcing her to consider telling Teddy the truth about his parentage. Don broke his engagement to Mary after she squealed that Don purposely allowed James to make a lower mine bid than Brad. Melinda was jealous to see Nick and Sheila together, while Bob was curious about Kim's interest in Nick.

James paid Raymond to let Barbara keep Paul after James learned he's Paul's father. But Barbara agreed to marry Tom and told James it's over between them. Remembering Ian's death, Dee couldn't get physically close to Brad, but she grew fonder of John who counseled and comforted her. Annie hid her jealousy of Brad's interest in Dee. Bob asked Kim for a date after realizing she's gung-ho for Nick, with whom she shared a first kiss. Mary and Don accused Joyce of breaking up their engagement. Brad and Melinda almost had a sexual encounter until they realized that they didn't want substitutes for Dee and Nick. Sheila assured Lisa that Nick is only an old friend. John told Brad to leave Dee alone.

Bob put in his bid for Kim's hand by kissing her and pleading not to let the past harm their future. Kim received a love letter from Nick. Mary refused Don's offer to reconcile. Grant's kindness made Joyce wish they could reunite. After failing to get blackmail money from James or Tom, Raymond told Tom that James is Paul's father. Brad and Melinda agreed they could enjoy each other without obligations. John asked Dee to be his secretary. Ellen fretted that the family's silver fortune is affecting their lives. Barbara planned her wedding to Tom but was haunted by James' remark that she doesn't love Tom.

Bill made plans to bring Laura to the Senior Horton’s anniversary party. Bill rejected Jordan’s suggestion that Laura pratice psychiatry again. A man names Anthony Kingdom tried to contact Julie. Alex refused Ray Stone’s, his Magnus crime partner, request for a slice of the action at Anderson Manufacturing. At the party, Margo collapsed. Alex was disappointed that the announcement of his plan to wed Mary did not stir old feelings of love in Sister Marie who refused to answer Jordan’s questions about her past relationship with Alex.

Julie's old beau, Tony, romanced her and convinced her to expand into interior decoration. Margo spent her last times on earth in Mike's arms. Robert moved to Paris to help his sister. Lee wasn't happy that Robert left Dougie with her and Doug. Maggie quit Chez Julie to spend more time with Mickey and offered to care for Dougie instead of Lee, who isn't the mother-type. Bob hired a detective to bring back Melissa to Salem. Phyllis moved into the lake house to play nurse and loving companion to Bob, she did not want her former relationship with Alex being public knowledge. Laura's appearance at Tom and Alice's anniversary party improved her spirits and convinced Bill that she's ready to be released from the asylum. Mary balked at Alan’s suggestion they elope.

Julie comforted Doug after Robert took Dougie to Paris. David opposed Trish joining a rock group. Neil was jealous of Tony's interest in Julie and agreed with Lee to pursue Julie himself to keep Julie out of Doug's life. Chris will be best man at Alex and Mary's wedding next week. Melissa called Mickey but wouldn't reveal her and Linda's whereabouts. Margo went into a coma. Don and Marlena spoiled Donny. Marlena was torn between her carrer and being a full-time mother so Jordan suggested she wait awhile before coming back to the office. Phyllis admitted to Julie that she still loves Bob. Marie accused Alex of loving power, not Mary. Trish won't tell David about the diamond mess since she's off the hook with the mob. Julie considered going into interior decorating business.

Bob died shortly after Mary and Alex's wedding. Bob had planned to reunite with Phyllis. Tony recognized Lee from Paris, which intrigued Neil. Mickey tried to locate Melissa, who's been dumped into a private school by Linda. Margo came out of her coma, and she and Mike pretended she isn't terminal. Don agreed that Marlena can return to work only but mainly if it's at home to counsel Mike and Margo. Marie couldn't bring herself to talk Mary out of marriage to Alex, who's gloating that he'll have a clear field at Anderson's now that Bob's dead. Julie fantasized having Doug's child after she met Donny. Lee convinced Doug she wants to work at the club.

Carolee took the kids and moved out on Steve after they argued about her helping Nola take Jessica. John and Carolee are becoming confidants. Alan and Darcy discussed their childhoods. Missy began to doubt Luke’s feelings for her even though he encouraged her to make wedding plans. Nola has put a crimp in M.J. and Mike’s romance by moving into Mike’s apartment. Missy accepted Alan’s date offer when she feared having problems with Luke. Nola was given the temporary custody of Jessica.

Jack took Darcy to Ashley's party. Luke and Viveca were calling an end to their affair and a settlement for his loan when Missy spotted them together. Earlier, Luke had convinced Missy he wanted to set a wedding date: April 11th. Brad convinced his roomies to have Jeff join their "four's company" living arrangement. John worried that Ashley would freak out if her party wasn't a success. Carolee and Steve were hardly speaking to one another since their separation.

Mona's detective, Fisher, paid Jim Nelson to seduce Nola so it can be proved she's an unfit mother. Steve and Carolee reconciled at Ashley's party and sublet an apartment. Maggie got permission to return to work. Brad comforted Missy. Luke explained to Missy that he only saw Viveca because of her loan. Mona was crushed that Steve moved out.

Fisher pressured Jim to put the screws to Nola. Even though Jim found himself sympathetic and attracted to Nola, he drugged her. Terri and Calvin cottoned to each other. Ashley consulted Terri about her guilt for her father's accidental car accident. Ashley became distraught when she was reminded of her childhood by Jack. Matt called Jeff on the carpet for laxity, but Brad and Maggie came to his defense.

The Edge Of Night

April delivered a daughter whom she and Draper called Julia. Draper was instructed to leave for Redstone Prison where he was sentenced to 15-year minimum sentence and asked Logan to look after April and Julia. Logan advised Geraldine to accept April's TV job offer. Steve and Deborah looked for newspaper vendor, Rachel Barnes, whom Nola has been impersonating when dressed up as Mrs. Cory. Steve's sure he saw Rachel and not Nola the night Margo died. Logan is suspicious of Raven's reasons for returning to Monticello.

Everyone thought Draper died in a train crash when it derailed while he was escorted to prison. Indeed, Draped tried to save his prison escort Lt. Sam Dwyer who believed him innocent of Margo’s murder. But Sam had released Draper and handcuffed a dead man to himself before the train exploded. Elliot lit into Nola for hitting the bottle. She accused him of using any excuse to dump her and run to Raven. Deborah tried to prove that Nola had disguised herself with Margo's wig the night of Margo's murder. Raven teased Derek in front of Logan. Miles made amends to Nicole about Derek.

April cracked when she learned Nola had confessed to killing Margo. Draper was taken in by a neurotic girl, Emily Gault, who imagines Draper is her long lost lover. Elliot and Raven met on the sly. Nicole and Miles argued about Derek again. April had dreams that made her doubt the circumstances of Draper's death.

Draper has amnesia. Geraidine thwarted Raven's attempt to take Jamie. Raven badgered Elliott to help her kidnap the child. Emily's father, Leo realized that Emily thinks Draper is Dirk Michaels, her ex-lover. Leo had an attack after assuring housekeeper Molly Sherwood he'd get rid of Draper. Logan almost found Elliott in Raven's bed.

General Hospital

Amy helped Alan alter Alan Jr.’s blood type records. Mrs. Grant worried that Jeff and Diana would get involved romantically, leaving Heather out in the cold should she ever recover. Frank isn't having Laura followed anymore, but she's still a marked woman. Laura denied that she recognized anyone at a police lineup of rape suspects. Bobbie admitted to Ruby that she's still jealous of Laura. Howard asked Diana for a home-cooked meal in exchange for some legal work. Monica admitted to Gail that she's terrified of Alan's moods. Scotty took his bar exams. When the construction worked pointed out to Alan that the roof of the nursery could cave in by the simple maneuver of a beam, Alan saw a fantasy of Monica and Rick’s demise coming true.

Jessie and Dan gave in to passion at the lodge and considered marriage. Joe admitted to Scotty that Rose had jilted Joe in favor of his father. Johnny, the criminal Scotty thought had raped Laura, was run down by a mob car. Laura lied to Joe that Johnny was her rapist. Since Heather has deteriorated mentally, Alice gave her blessing for Jeff to date Diana. Anne and Jeremy are fit to be tied that Jeff is getting serious about Diana who wants to take it slow and easy. Tracy hired a new lawyer, Jason Thorpe, who arranged to get the deposition.

Mitch got Tracy to reconsider blocking Alan Jr’s trust fund transfer since Alan threatened to expose Mitch's underworld connections. Joe surmised that Johnny's death wasn't an accident. Mitch wants to win Susan back from Frank. Rick and Lee urged Monica to tell Alan the truth about her baby. Jeff learned there will be a five-year waiting period before he can divorce Heather. Jessie told Dan there would be no sex without benefit of clergy and he proposed. Alan threatened Mitch saying he'd blab to Tracy about Susan and Mitch's former love nest. Rick resigned as head of the cardiac unit and began to live on the waterfront.

The Quartermaine nursery ceiling collapsed just as Alan planned. But he rushed to Rick and Monica's rescue after realizing Lee was suspicious. Tracy suspects it wasn't an accident. Rick decided he wants Monica and his baby, just as Lesley and Alan decided they wanted to start fresh with Rick and Monica. Lesley bravely told Rick she knows his future is with Monica and that Alan must know the truth about Alan Junior. Then Jeff filled Rick in on the truth of Lesley's undying love for Rick. Luke admitted to Bobbie that he's uneasy about the Vegas trip.

Peter and Barbara returned home leaving Holly and Christina alone in Santo Domingo. Roger, who survived the avalanche, learned that Mike and Renee secreted at a local hotel. Medical student and Ed’s godson, Kelly Nelson took a shine to to Hillary making Floyd jealous. Rita left for Bluefield with Viola without telling Ed who’s sure he won’t be able to reconcile with Rita. Nola Reardon, whose mother Bea owns the boarding house where Roger’s hiding, was suspicious of Roger, who is disguised as a grey-bearded professor. Lucille told Ben she’s experiencing severe headaches but doesn’t want Amanda to know. Roger found out where Holly is being hidden.

Roger tried to force Renee to reveal Chrissy's whereabouts and Renee fell and later died but not before telling Mike she hadn't told Roger. Mike was shattered by her death since he had grown fond of her. Hillary and Kelly grew intimate. Eve doubted Greg’s fidely and sure enough he spent a night with Diane. Barbara commended Holly for not being jealous when Peter ran into his old fiame, Maya Waterman. Peter and Barbara left Holly and Chrissy in Santo Domingo. Nola and Mrs. Reardon became suspicious of the "professor" (Roger). Justin exploded when Elizabeth told Sara she's worried about his moodiness. Alan put Hope on the back burner because of the Roger situation.

Roger knocked out Peter, went to Santo Domingo and abducted Holly when he couldn't get Chrissy. Mike and Ed were tipped off by Nola about Roger and they raced to catch up with him. Floyd and Kelly vied for Hillary's attention. Kelly told Hillary his medical career comes first. Mark proposed via long distance to Katie, Amanda was crushed that Ben's latest portrait resembles Eve instead of her. Ross kept tabs on Lucille's medication after she gave him her proxy to vote for her at the next Spaulding stockholders' meeting. Alan insisted he loved Hope even though she's convinced he's finished with her.

Ed and Mike tailed Roger and Holly to a jungle on "the island of the shark." Fearing that Ben would run off with Amanda if his art show was a success, Lucille destroyed Ben's best painting and blamed it on maid Carmen, who was fired. But Ross caught on to Lucille after finding paint on her sleeve. Nola's eyes brightened when she met Kelly. Greg put Eve off while seeing Diane at night. Amanda convinced Carter to hold Ben's show and she'd subsidize it if he lost money. Carter took an interest in Lainie. Mark moved out of town. Sara planned to visit her son, Tim, at school. Alan was hot and cold with Hope. Eve fretted about Ben and was shattered by Greg's actions.

Brad worked on a prison escape plan. Jenny agreed to postpone her annulment, but told Brad she won’t reconcile with him. Asa agreed to dropt the libel suit against Richard if he got Becky to honor her recording contract but Richard refused. Edwina turned down Mario’s marriage proposal. Dorian plans to bring Lynn back to Llanview. Edwina learned from Lew Cardoza (an old friend of Brad’s) that Ivan keeps an apartment in the seedier section of Llanview. Kat’s prostitute friend, Bobo has been seeing Ivan, who got cozy with Mimi. Peter and Jenny admitted their love for each other. Gretel’s jealous that Dorian is after Herb. Karen was hurt to learn Larry was paying for Faith’s salary out of his own pocket. Dorian wanted to have Melinda relesaed from the hospital.

Faith disappeared after witnessing Ivan acting weird with a pickup. Karen had tipped off Faith about Ivan's weirdo actions. Ivan swore revenge on Karen. Asa and Bo competed for Pat's attentions. Aldo menaced Brad and his cellmate Curt with a knife. Dorian got close to her new male secretary, Dexter, and helped Larry raise funds for the free clinic. Richard and Johnny came to blows over Becky. Peter wants to divorce Lynn. Mimi wanted to be psychoanalyzed after Ivan tried to pull a number on her. Edwina kept mum that Ivan is the anonymous witness to Richard's mugging.

Ivan lured Karen to a deserted building where she was no knocked unconscious but found before he could finish her off. Clint slept with Dorian but reminded her that he can't be dominated. Asa didn't approve of Bo dating Pat and finagled with Chuck to match Bo with Gretel. Karen was hospitalized and became paralyzed. Ed staked out Pat's house after she received an anonymous call that offered to trade information on Faith's whereabouts in return for cash. Jack rejected Carla's notions of starting a family. Tina plotted to throw Samantha together with reporter Hal Summerville, which would leave Mick free for Tina.

Ed found Faith before she could leave town. She told him Ivan has a vendetta against Karen. But Ivan performed successful surgery on Karen, telling Faith he couldn't kill her. Peter told Jenny that Lynn is considering a divorce since she married him for revenge against Dorian. Chuck and Bo hired a snooper to look into Ivan's past which was fraught with religious conflicts. Richard wants to start a family. Bo tipped off Johnny that Becky has a thing for Johnny. Viki returned and looked for a new house. Ivan asked Karen to give him a chance for a fresh start. Asa asked Jack to perform surgery on employee Sam in Texas. Tina acted chummy to Saniantha's face while trying to snatch Mick for herself.

Siobhan told Joe to stay away from her until he can tell her everything about his part in Tizo's business. Kim played turnabout with Rae and blackmailed her into not interfering in Seneca and Kim's affair after Kim found the letters Rae used to ruin Frank's political career. Jill figured out she could get a divorce from Seneca after Roger said he had information about the affair between Seneca and Kim. Although Tizo survived his surgery, he was in for a long hospital stay and Michael considered making a “hit” on him in the hospital.

Prince Albert escaped again and abducted Dee, a la King Kong. Jill's detective snapped pics of Seneca and Kim in the sack. Faith's drinking binges worried Bob. Siobhan hustled Tizo out of his hospital room, saving him from hit-man Dominic. Jack lit into Joe because Siobhan's in danger for foiling Dominic's hit. Jill ordered Seneca to give her an uncontested divorce or she'd publicize his cavorting with a child.

Jack remembered the face of the man with the "green cap" which Mary mentioned before she died. Rae tried to get Kim and Seneca's incriminating photos from Jill. Albert carried Dee all over the city and she's ill. Siobhan considered an annulment from Joe. Roger fretted about Dee's "disappear”, although he'd blasted her for her greediness before Albert's abduction. Jack asked reporter Ken Hadley not to write about Siobhan's rescue of Tizo because her life would be in danger.

Roger called in the troops when he located Prince Albert and Dee in a tower of the Belevedere Maosioc in Central Park. Dee's been hallucinating. Seneca agreed to divorce Jill. Kim decided to trap Seneca into marriage by claiming she's pregnant. Frank helped Jack have a sketch drawn of the man with the green cap who was involved in Mary's murder. Michael was told Siobhan would have to be "done in" since she helped Tizo. Joe told Tizo he wants out of the mob for Siobhaa and the baby's sake, but Tizo warned now is not the time.

The Italian police stepped in as Travis overpowered his captors, rescuing Allison and Travis. Travis tried to warn Liza that Carlos is out to kill her. Kathy told David he could see more of Doug. Beau offered Stephanie a share of the inn since he hopes to buy out Jo's interest. Travis told Renata that Tony begged her forgiveness before he died.

Travis rescued Liza from Carlos during her telethon appearance with Mel Terme. Lee rebuffed Cissy's advances, then had second thoughts after suspecting Sunny of two-timing him. Sunny's working undercover at the Boilermaker to uncover Beau’s gambling den, but can't tell Lee. Renata went off the deep end after Janet convinced her to see a psychiatrist. Ted intimated that Stephanie is repaying Beau with her body. Jo planned to move to New Orleans with Martin.

Beau put the make on Sunny and implied that Cissy is a better match for Lee. Marc couldn't convince Renata that David loves her despite her pregnancy, and she went off the deep end. Allison admitted she tried to snare Travis, who told her to get lost. Travis offered Cliff, the cop who shot Carlos, a job. Ted advised Stephanie not to get involved in business dealings with Beau after she told Ted about Beau's intentions to buy the inn.

David rescued Renata after she slashed her wrist in a blood red bathtub. She revelaed Tony raped her. Cissy caught Sunny shooting spy film in Beau's gambling room and secretly overexposed it. Ellie doesn't want Stu to sell the Inn. Kathy assured Renata that she doesn't even want David revealed as Doug's father. Liza and Travis sang love songs after Allison took a permanent powder.

Liz went into a tailspin after believing Jill's story about being pregnant by Stu before their marriage. Van and Lorie struggled over baby Brooks, resulting in the kid being dropped to the floor. Van had refused to give Lorie a letter from Lance. Ruth, the woman who saw Addison with a blonde, helped the police with a sketch of the prostitute seen with Addison the night of his death, when she spotted Nikki in the flesh. Julia admitted to Victor she almost signed divorce papers but couldn't go through with it. Steve was smitten with Jill. Carl and his wife Mary fretted when they learned of her menopausal pregnancy. Rose and Vince put out a contract on Greg's life should anything happen to them. Leslie had nightmares about her paper. April deseperately wanted to tell Paul she did not have an abortion and that he had a year-old daughter.

Casey healed Brooks and the baby-dropping incident pushed Lorie and Lucas together. Jonas tried to help Leslie (whom he calls Chris) remember her baby. Patty Williams overheard her parents, Carl and Mary, discuss Mary's menopausal pregnancy. Patty's brother, Paul thinks Mary should have an abortion. Liz refused to marry Stu. Ruth realized Nikki was the girl with Addison. Addison's widow told Greg that her husband's watch was stolen. Vince kept it a secret from Rose that he swiped the watch. Edna lied to Benny about a bracelet which she received from Hank.

Edna lied to Benny about visiting a sick aunt, while planning a rendezvous with Hank in Baton Rouge. Joe was alarmed that Ruth is over-protective of Joey and won't return to work. Nancy postponed Russ’ adoption of Carl when Frank was partially blinded by a stroke. Frank apologized to Nancy for kidnapping Carl. Charlie is changing their wedding, which he doesn't intend to attend, but Phoebe ruled out a business investment. Sean grew weary of Devon's attentions, but they were caught cuddling by Tom. Donna convinced Chuck to bid on a new house. Monique (Daisy) entertained Nina and Cliff and helped him plan their wedding.

Phoebe caused a drunken ruckus at Linc and Kelly's wedding. Tom found proof of Sean and Devon's liaison and ordered Sean to break off it or Sean would be kicked out on the street. Devon got drunk at her and Wally’s anniversary party and mooned over Sean, who was there flaunting Sybil. Linc and Kelly returned from their honeymoon. Linc threw Phoebe out when she ranted about his marriage to a drug addict. Phoebe’s outrage at Charles’ marriage stemmed from his payoff of Erica’s loan, which Langley finagled. Ellen told Paul they can’t see each other and she dated Mark. Anne told Paul she’d be patient waiting for him to become a husband in every sense of the word.

Taylor, who is having an affair with Miranda, approved of Joey and Kit. Russ told Tracy she has a heart condition and can’t work heavily without having a dangerous operation. Jason hired a new singer, Cindy Lee, to let Tracy know the job is on the line. Cecile took an interest in Willis while also seducing Dennis. Gwen was suspicious that Ceciie may be trying to undermine Pat and Gwen. Renaldo and Rudy sparred for Vivien's attentions. Hazel was livid that Blaine kept it from her that Larry is undergoing hypnosis to remember Bud's murder which could implicate Hazel and her gang. Liz put the bug in Jim's ear that they should wed. While undergoing a check for appendicitis, Rachel learned she's pregnant with Mitch's child. Cecile backstabbed both Phil and Pat around the office. Tracy and Mitch comforted each other about their bad luck, and she agreed to have heart surgery. Mitch tried to find the tape that Janice had altered to implicate Mitch in Mac's poisoning. Rose was offended that Kit's family snubbed her. Blaine taunted Cecile for snatching Dennis so quickly. Meanwhile, Miranda got cuddly with Phil. Jason promised Cindy he'd take her to the top instead of Tracy. Kit promised Rose she wouldn't hurt Joey when they're married next week. Mitch pined for Rachel.

Joey and Kit's wedding photo was published and news broke that she's an heiress who was kidnapped under a scandalous cloud years ago. Rachel told Ada and Russ that her baby is Mitch's but he must never know it and Mac must be convinced the child is his. Craig, Kit's former fiancé questioned Miranda about Kit. Buzz threatened to tell Jerry about Buzz and Blaine's past unless Blaine gives in to Buzz's sexual demands. Blaine suggested Sally step in to catch Joey if Kit's identity causes a breakup in the new marriage. Brian returned. Accompanist Dooley rubbed it in to Jason that Cindy is no match for Tracy's talent. Jason tried to make Tracy jealous of Cindy but Mac offered her a Job at Brava after her heart surgery.

Kit’s sister, Amy ditched her husband and moved to Bay City. Gwen renewed her husband and moved to Bay City. Gwen renewed acquaintances with Taylor. Mitch told Rachel about Janice’s “accomplice” tape, which they couldn’t locate. Blaine bedded with Buzz to get mob information. Joey was thrown for a loop when he and Kit were hounded by reporters about her past. Cindy Lee burned out fast in Vegas and called Tracy to bellyache. Cecile falsely denied it was her idea to do an expose on Kit. Amy is jealous of and antagonist toward Kit since Kit is Taylor Halloway’s “pet” daughter.

James learned his father had kept Barbara's pregnancy a secret years ago. Sheila reminded Nick that his young brother Steve (Stavros) is on the mend. Dee suspected Melinda and Brad of hanky-panky. Brad told Joyce to contact his brother Eric. Annie and Dee waited for Brad's surgery outcome. James pleaded that Barbara see him before her marriage to Tom.

Tom and Barbara postponed their wedding at the last minute after Barbara leveled about James. Barbara and James realized that his father kept them apart by lying to Barbara that James wanted her to have an abortion. James now wants to claim his son and chastized his father for his lies. Chris realized that Don arranged for Brad to sign over full power-of-attorney without being aware of it. Don was miffed that Chris suggested Don share business leadership duties but with Grant as top dog. Kim admitted to Betsy that it's nice being courted by both Bob and Nick, such nice fellas. Jay and Carol's marital relationship improved. Brad mended and thanked Dee for saving his life.

Mary took a tumble during an argument with Joyce. Carol and a neighbor had heard Mary and Joyce arguing. Don and the police assumed Joyce had deliberately harmed Mary (who'd broken Joyce's glass unicorn), and Mary underwent neurological surgery. Kim was caught between emotions for both Nick and Bob. Tom blamed James for the wedding halt. Sheila mentioned her fear of Steve, Nick's brother. James convinced Barbara to take a Caribbean trip with him. Brad left the hospital after realizing he'd signed full power-of-attorney to Don, Don told Chris and Nancy he's leaving the family law firm. Brad gave Annie a necklace that Dee refused to accept.

Grant defended Joyce's innocence but couldn't handle her case because of Teddy. Mary's condition worsened. Dee was stranded with Brad during a flood. John came to the rescue. Kim and Nick helped flood victims. She learned he blames his brother for the fire that killed his wife and daughter. Kim realized John is interested in Dee. James proposed to Barbara before they returned from the Caribbean. Barbara explained her and James’ relationship to Lisa. Joyce and Don's divorce was finalized. Brad refused Joyce's resignation. Joyce was appalled that Nancy told Teddy that Joyce was responsible for Mary being hurt. John encouraged Annie to get close to Brad.

Mary regained consciouness and cleared Joyce by admiting that Mary’s fall was an accident. Don resigned as Brad’s lawyer. Teddy’s attitude softened toward Joyce after the truth came out about the accident. Barbara noticed that James is uneasy about Raymond, while Tom is convinced James paid Raymond to give up Paul to Barbara. James told Barbara he loves her and Paul, but she resisted giving him a marriage answer. Jay got nasty toward Don and Nick. Annie was upset that she and Dee are both interested in Brad. Dee and Brad prepared for a hosty-totsy date. Kim admitted she has feelings for both Bob and Nick but has no future plans.

Alex tried to win David over to his side of the company. Trish nixed joinning the rock band. Samantha told Marlena she may return to Hollywood. Tony flirted with Maggie before asking Julie to join him on a business trip. Lee got uptight that Doug fretted about Julie's reaction to Bob's death.

Doug spotted Julie being kissed by Tony. Bill told Tom he's moving to a Lakewood staff spot for Laura's sake. Donna arranged to live with Grandma Craig since Don Jr. is a constant reminder of her own lost child and she can't live down the porno reputation. Lee noticed that Doug wasn't happy in bed. Tony teased Lee about their past relationship, which she insisted was a drop in the bucket. Alex began proceedings to contest Bob's will. Maggie transferred Melissa to a nicer boarding school. Mike and Margo leveled with each other about the inevitability of her death. Mary told Alex it's hands off until she can get her head together about Bob's death. Don and Marlena picked out a new house.

Samantha packed her bags for Hollywood and a movie role. Alice and Lee pretended to Doug that they got along, when, in fact, it was chillsville. Marie learned that Cathy is engaged to a Chicago intern. Margo continued to spend her final hours, minutes and seconds with Mike while Marlena conducted "death acceptance" therapy. Julie and Lee shot barbs at each other at Doug's Place, though Julie told Trish she's not bothered about Lee. Mary continued the cold-fish treatment to Alex, whose former partner, Ray, wants a cut of company profits since Ray knows of Alex's past dirty dealings. Hope questioned Tony about being the new man in Julie's life.

Doug suggested Neil find a girl. Neil's ears perked up when he learned Julie's starting a new interior design firm. Mickey suggested Doug open a casino, since Doug wants to close the club and gambling will soon be legal. Lee pressured Doug to buy a bigger house. Marlena had trouble juggling her domestic life, raising Donnie, and therapy duties. Alex lost his cool with Mary's remoteness and she grew suspicious of his business greed. Businessmen Maxwell Jarvis questioned Mickey about Anderson's ability to pull through after the change in control. In therapy, Mike complained to Marlena that he feels Margo is abandoning him.

A slew of Salem newcomers include Jessica Blake, a scholarship student sent by the nuns to work with Marie; Kellam Chandler, who’s running for governor and courting Don’s favor; Kellam’s step-daughter jet-setting Liz; Kellam’s roustabout son Todd; and the mysterious Josh Fallon who is a caretaker of the mansion Doug bought to convert into a casino if gambling is legalized. Other newcomers are Flora Chisolm, the ailing ex-owner of the mansion and Leslie James, Chris’ new executive assistant. Chris and Alex argued about the ad campaigns for the solar energy device. Alex secretly arranged for government man Harold Rankin to force Leslie down Chris’ throat. Mickey approved of Doug’s investment, but Don is working against legalizing gambling.

Fisher gave Mona photos of a drugged Nola in an orgy. Jim later confessed to Nola that she had been set up. Viveca summoned Luke to dinner, the same night as Missy's wedding shower. Viveca arranged for Missy to spot Viveca and Luke dining romantically. Missy took a powder and crashed her car. Viveca confessed her deed to Maggie. Terri learned that Ashley could be a carrier of hereditary hemophilia. Jeff was devastated by the death of a patient. Mike dissuaded Nola from moving out.

Fisher planted dope in Nola's car and set the cops on her tail. Nola asked Mike to marry her, hoping to minimize Mona's "framed" evidence against her. Missy regained consciousness but refused to see Luke. Terri examined patient Bobbie, an ex-hooker. M.J. told Luke that Viveca may have arranged things after overhearing Missy's restaurant plans. Jeff considered quitting med school, but Brad asked Viveca to intervene.

Darcy and Jack dated. Jim testified against Nola at the custody hearing. Carolee's testimony didn't help or hinder Nola's cause. Calvin recognized Bobbie. Luke called it quits with Viveca after she confirmed her intentions to stop him from marrying Missy, who refused to see Luke. Matt criticized Brad for running to Viveca with his problems.

Nola testified that she was framed in the “dope and party girl” incident. Mona was awarded the custody of Jessica. Luke refused to forgive Viveca’s plots aginst Missy. Curtis Johnson’s mother refused to grant permission for her son’s operation since spiritualist Sister Agnes advised that Curtis can heal himself. The case hit the scandal rags. Nola took to booke after giving up Jessica.

The Edge Of Night

Leo burned a newspaper story identifying Draper so that Emily's delusions won't be shattered. Raven got caught trying to kidnap Jamie. April moved in with the Karrs and became chummier with Logan. Geraldine helped Mike in Logan's adoption case by digging up Kevin's sterility records to prove Logan is Jamie's natural father.

Deborah became James "security" babysitter and attracted Logan's interest. Mike and Nancy unwittingly played matchmaker for Cliff and April. Raven came on strong to Derek then teased about Elliott's jealousy. Miles told Derek he'd only rest easy once Derek has a girlfriend who isn't Nicole, Emily told Draper (Kirk) that they had eloped with family jewels but he had run off when a state trooper revealed Emily's mother had died in a car crash on the way to stop the wedding.

April fumed that Elliott inherited Margo's nightclub. Draper underwent hypnosis but confused being sent to jail with Kirk's marriage to Emily. Raven seduced Derek. Nicole and Miles finally resumed sex. Cliff has his eye on Draper's job and told Logan he will resign.

Derek resisted Raven's sedation as did Draper Emily's. Jamie became ill and it was revealed Raven fears she'll be cut of financially by her mother if Raven loses her child. April dreamed about Draper's death and a mysterious carousel. Mike accepted Derek's job offer as chief of forensic medicine.

Mike and Nancy learned that their young nephew, Kelly, is arriving. Draper questioned whether he might have an auto accident. Leo remembered burying the Monticello paper with Draper’s story in it. Elliot has turned the Unicorn into a disco to be called The Raven. Cliff’s anxious to start working for Mike.

Joe realized that Anne is leaning and depending upon Jeff to save Jeremy. Alan decided Tracy must be stopped after told him Tracy offered a bribe for the deposition. Bryan caught Laura waiting for Luke but Laura covered saying Luke was taking her to police headquarters for further questioning. Scotty noticed that Laura is living on teneterhooks. Rose tried to patch things up between Joe and his father.

Bobbie tried her luck with Joe but realized he still carries the torch for Anne. Jeremy's condition improved. His ordeal brought Jeff and Anne into each other's arms. Meanwhile, Heather stirred at the sanitarium. Edward drew up a new will leaving Tracy a dollar if she continues the paternity suit. Cynthia White, Johnny's girlfriend told Joe that Johnny was with her the night he supposedly raped Laura. Luke told Laura that Frank ordered that she stick to her story about Johnny being the rapist, Alan questioned Monica about her reluctance to have other children. He promised Alan Jr. that Rick and Monica will pay for their betrayal. Joe worked undercover for the cops to get information on Johnny and Roy's deaths. Frank gave Susan a diamond birthday bracelet.

Alan pretended he was shocked when Monica and Rick confessed that Alan Jr. is Rick's son. Alan insisted he’ll never let the child go. Tracy ate crow when she subpoenaed Amy about the deposition. Amy swore she didn't read that Monica and Rick slept together. Alan had subtly convinced Amy to lie "for greater food good." Frank convinced Luke to get engaged to Jennifer. Dan suggested he and Jessie try a "live in arrangement" but she fretted about her reputation. Mitch tried to get Susan away from Frank. Luke worried that Laura wants to tell the true story to the cops and doesn't want to go to Vegas. Jeremy may have a handicap. Laura also wants to tell Scotty the truth.

Jennifer warned Susan not to play Frank for a cuckold with Mitch. Lesley dated Howard. Alan refused to talk divorce with Monica. Frank organized Luke and Jennifer’s engagement party. Luke convinced Jennifer to keep mum after she overheard Luke and Laura talk about Frank’s organization and that if Luke didn’t marry Jennifer, Luke would end up on a slab. Holly wished Ed luck in making amends with Rita. Alan remembered Jane Marie’s musicla talents when Amanda commented she didn't know where she got hers. Alan wants to marry Hope in order to have the family closeness that the Bauers share. Ben told Amanda that it wouldn't work out romantically for them but she refused to accept it. Ross recommended Lucille hire a companion, Jennifer Richards. Mike searched for Roger's envelope in the jungle.

Mike was in an accident that injured Jennifer and Morgan Richards and killed Morgan's father. Morgan blames Mike. Eve went to admit her love to Ben and instead learned he and Amanda had a quickie wedding. Ross approved of Carter as an influential match for Lainie. Hope and Alan made wedding plans after she admitted she had doubts during the Roger fiasco, but doesn't now. Holly wants to marry Peter as soon as possible. But Bert noted that Ed has grown close to Holly again. Rita is returning but won't live with Ed. Lucille and Ross plotted to bust up Amanda and Ben by using Eve as the wedge. Nola thanked Kelly for helping her get a job at the hospital.

Mike reluctantly agreed to attend Hope and Alan's wedding next week. And, he nixed pursuing implicating Alan with Dr. Moreno. Elizabeth took tests to see if her infertility can be reversed but the doctor asked for Phillip's birth records. Jackie phoned Justin and begged him to wait awhile longer before revealing that he is Philip's father. Mike is helping clear Tim's name in the pregnant girl's suicide. Ben refused to live on Amanda's money. Katie was disappointed when Mark called to cancel their meeting. Holly assured Peter she wants to marry him when Peter questioned her and Ed's "friendship." Tim got in a fight when he and his former roommate Darren searched for clues to Tim’s college frameup. Amanda almost overhead Ross and Lucille plotting Ben and Eve's reunion. Jenny received an anonymous letter that Brad won't be as well off as Karen. Brad wrote to Will that if Brad dies in prison, it won't be a suicide, since cellmates are on his back.

Mario saved Karen from Ivan's drug. Ivan escaped with Faith after knocking Vinnie unconscious. Richard learned from Bo that Edwina's natural father is Ivan but nixed publishing the news. Bo fed Johnny information about Edwina and Richard's past affair in order to make it look like they still have a thing going and that Johnny therefore has a chance to win Becky's heart. Bo's maneuverings were intended to impress Asa, who sent Samantha champagne while courting Viki. Chip Warren returned, stirring up Buchanan plots. Mimi wondered how Pat and Bo's relationship would fare if Paul returned, since Mimi's. jealous of Pat. Mario encouraged Edwina to trace her parentage. Using Edwina's story as blackmail, Asa agreed to drop the libel suit once Richard consented to Becky's resumed career.

Chip skipped after getting blackmail money from Asa concerning a "bloodied” woman who was somehow involved with Bo. Carla cracked up her car and was hospitalised after Jack was reported. An inmate named Dan wanted information from Brad about Tina. Jenny was getting closer to Peter when little Mary developed a grave ailment. Karen could wiggle her toes but nothing else. Richard consented to Becky's returning to work with Johnny. Clint foiled Asa's plans to match Bo with Viki. Richard shared his knowledge about Edwina's paternity with Mario, who insisted that Edwina not find out since she couldn't handle it emotionally. Tina inferred that Becky and Johnny have a thing going. Asa sent Mimi packing back to Texas, since Asa's interested in Samantha.

Mario and Karen (who regained minimal mobility) panicked when Peter learned Mary's blood type matched Katrina's, not Jenny's. Kairina donated the blood that saved Mary's life, but she was tempted to go back to the street life. Mimi returned, refusing to stay in Texas. She used Chuck and Asa’s money to continue therapy with Will. Brad learned Mary was ill and made a business deal with Chuck. Asa cautioned Herb about having Ed as a running mate because of racist blacklash. Herb told Pat and Gretel he wouldn’t allow Asa to buv him, but he'll conduct survey polls regarding Ed. Peter put the switched baby incident together.

Karen confessed her baby-switching act to Peter, who kept mum for fear Jenny would be devastated. Bo was jealous when Herb introduced Pat to airline owner Bruce Moreland. Asa and Samantha went into partnership for a chain of health clubs. Mimi told Will that Asa has his eye on another woman, and Will suspsected it was Sam. Mario dragges Katrina out of a pick-up place and gave her money for an out-of-town trip. Edwina was suspicious that Mario and Karen have a secret they are not sharing with her. Brad’s prison inmate, who goes by the name of Tom Clarkson, was released and began investigating Viki. Becky and Johnny got a Nashville gig offer.

Siobhan fell from a window ledge and aborted while escaping from her captors. Rae told Roger that Kim faked pregnancy reports to snare Seneca. Adam hypnotized Dee, who hallucinated about a past life in colonial times. Tizo urged Joe to settle the score with Loen, Wally and Morty for attempting to knock off Siobhan. Joe couldn't face leaving Siobhan, as Johnny insisted. Jack planned to meet with Phil, who had information on Mary's death. But Phil's girlfriend tipped off Tizo's henchmen. Rae arranged to let Seneca learn of Kim's ploys.

Jack spotted the initials EBB (Tizo's wife's initials) on a hairbrush set gift to Siobhan from Tizo and remembered that Mary mentioned the initials before she died. Rae and Roger arranged for Jill to overhear Kim admit that Kim is tricking Seneca into marriage. Dee rebuffed Roger, but said farewell to Albert who was transferred to an upstate zoo. Tizo worried that Jack has a sketch of his henchman Larry, Mary's murderer. Siobhan took Joe back. Phil told Jack he didn't know the man in the green hat.

Jill stepped Kim and Seneca's wedding cold with the news of Kim's fake pregnancy. A Ryan cousin, Barry, a fight manager, arrived from Chicago. Dee resolved she's finished with men, until Barry walked into the bar. Siobhan's abductors were crushed into auto scrap metal in their car. Joe announced the gang war has ended. Jack and Frank investigated EBB Industries. Seneca admitted he loves Kim despite her lies.

Bob resisted Faith’s drunken overtures. Jill suggested Faith solve her liquor habit. Dee prepared for the Crystal Palace grand opening with Barry, who caught her “eager-beaver eye”. The man in the green hat was found dead in a dump. Jack learned that Joe’s fishing boats are used for Tizo’s drug operation. Seneca kicked Kim out of his bed. She decided to make Seneca jealous by following Rae’s advice about finding a younger man.

David was patient when Renata couldn't make love because of haunting memories of Tony. Cissy propositioned Lee and taunted him about Sunny and Beau. Janet warned Ted he still has to choose between her and Stephanie.

Ted and Lee believed Beau's naughty pics of Sunny. Ted said she's a tramp like her mother. Lee told Sunny he considers her a "second-hand woman” and went to bed with Cissy. David convinced Renata they need therapy to handle her sexual hangups rather than an annulment. Jo is staying in Henderson since Martin's moving the company from New Orleans, but Suzi doesn't cotton to Martin. Travis told Cliff to convince Liza she needs a bodyguard.

Beau's world crumbled when Jo brought Sunny to D.A. Matthews with charges of Beau's kidnapping and gambling. She also reported Don is in cahoots with Beau. Matthews poo-pooed the accusations, since he's also secretly in on deals with Beau. Lee blew a fuse when he learned the truth about Sunny's "drug and harlot” photos. Cissy was also appalled. Renata attended Kathy's birthday party for Doug with David. Liza enjoyed her self-defense lessons with Cliff and his assistant, Howard. Wendy tipped off Ted that Beau was getting rough on Stephanie.

Renata went to rape therapy sessions instead of Kathy’s party. Stephanie tried to convince David that Kathy, not Renata, is the woman for him. Lee learned from Sunny’s boss that she had told the truth about Beau’s Vegas setup. Don got frantic that his family would be ruined if Beau’s scandal became public. Nikki had left a confession note for Greg and received run-out-of-town money from Paul who admitted his love. But on her way back to retrieve the note, Nikki was in a car accident. Jonas admitted to Les his wife and son died. Sebastian insisted that Jonas help him concerning a South American mess. Sebastian later turned to Lucas since they'd also once worked together. Rose sent Vince to get Nikki's letter before Greg can find it. Snapper and Lorie banded together to get Liz and Stu back together. Rose ordered Vince to keep tabs on Ruth. Greg halted Tony's trial hearing after learning Nikki is hospitalized.

Les told Jonas she needs and loves him. Jill freely confessed her lies to Stu and Liz, who agreed to marry. Victor took a liking to Lorie while also paying attention to Casey. Brock and Julia shared an “accidental” kiss. Lucas agreed to help Sebastian. Nikki regained consciousness but had memory lapses. Vince got Nikki's letter to Greg before Greg could find it. Victor raged when Julia refused a trip to Europe. Patty softened her attitude about Mary's pregnancy. Kay's corporate top-dog, Packard, reluctantly taught Derek the company ropes.

Jonas and Lucas agreed to help Sebastian in San Leandro, and who should be stowawayed on the plane but Leslie, who was spotted by Lucas. Peggy returned for Liz and Stu's wedding. Nikki had ruptured a spleen. Chris had labor pains. Lucas told Casey he'd end his marriage upon his return. Greg's chief witnesses weren't called upon his since they couldn't contribute to Tony's case. Snapper gave Liz a sexy nightgown for her Mexican honeymoon. Eric became friendly with Melinda and Betsy. Mary and Teddy left for Wyoming. Don and Chris patched up business differences. Jeff followed Annie around like a puppy but she got closer to Brad. Steve told police that a man named Dufour was out to get him. John helped Dee find her own apartment then prepared for a rendezvous. Brad warned the Stewarts that his mine may be running dry and so may theirs.

Dee felt shame after succumbing to John. A stranger followed Barbara after James installed a security system in their apartment. Kim kept Steve's secret about Andrea from Nick but questioned Nick about whether they should con tinue their relationship since Andrea is still in his thoughts. Betsy fell hard for Eric. Lisa played hard to get with Grant, who dined with Joyce. David swore that he'd never allow John to "steal" Dee. Carol was upset that Jay worked parttime for Brad. Lee was upset at Doug’s gambling casino idea. Liz’s arrival in Salem mysteriously upset Lee. Julie’s redecorating the Chandler mansion for Doug. Jessica work with lab technician Cassie, who’s Todd’s girlfriend. Kellam’s manager, Max Jarvis, opposed Doug’s sheltering of Mrs. Chisholm.

Julie worried over Josh who suffered from a resistant strain of malaria he contacted in Vietnam. Jessica helped Mike pick out a new dress for Margo who attended Julie's design shop opening. Ambassadeur Kellam Chandler warmed up to Marlena after hiring Don and refused his daughter Liz's request to accompany Don on campaign business out of town. Alex accepted Tom's hospital board position offer. Jessica and Margo are becoming fast friends. Julie told Hope she wouldn't be seeing a lot of her now that Lee is Hope's new mother. Alex was upset that he had no say in Chris and Leslie's firing of many Anderson employees who didn't like Chris and weren't good workers.

Leslie and Chris hired Dylan O'Grady. David spied on Les and Chris for Alex. Kellam ordered his son Todd to drop his girlfriend Cassie because she's "cheap." Mike moved Margo to Mickey’s farm where she can die peacefully. Josh was suspicious that Liz acted friendly. Lee blew up, then acted cool about Doug hiring Julie to decorate Doug's casino. Kellam told his henchman Jarvis to convince Don to order an injunction against the casino. Liz knows something about Lee's Paris past. Alex cooperated with Kellam's planned takeover of Anderson Mfg. after blackmail was threatened. Liz warned Kellam not to get hot over Julie, then he eyed Marlena. Now it's Mary's turn to want sex while Alex won't budge.

Don got on Marlena's back after Don Jr. was a victim of crib death. Leslie spent a birthday night with Chris but said it can't happen again. Jessica tended an abandoned child and complained to Marie about her illegitimacy. Alex sweettalked Mary into merging with Kellam. The gambling bill passed but Don, working for Kellam, got an injunction against Doug's casino. Don was conferring with Liz when D.J. died and his guilt led to blaming Marlena for their son's death. Allen Hamlin, who is Alex's "plant” was hired after Dylan was bought off. Alex used Kellam’s dough to pay for Jessica’s tuition. Josh remembered that his mother died after his father sent him to military school.

Stephanie overheard Nola and Mona arguing before Mona's fall. Matt labeled Brad a troublemaker and had him put on report. Brad berated Matt to Greta, not knowing she's Matt's daughter. Ashley refused to tell John that there's something wrong with their baby.

The Aldriches and the cops suspect Nola caused Mona's accident, but Nola was too drunk to remember the details. Brad took a shine to Greta and apologized for badmouthing Matt. Terri told John about Ashley's tests. Calvin tipped off Terri that Bobbie is a drug addict, even though she's pregnant. M.J. felt like odd woman out Mike comforted Nola.

Mona regained consciousness and claimed that Nola deliberately pushed her. Nola was jailed with Bobbie, who was picked up for prostitution but was bailed out by Terri. Viveca told Missy how she tricked Luke. Brad learned Greta has a child. Ashley ignored John and Terri’s medical advice that she have an abortion. Ashley fell while decorating the nursery. Alan was jealous of Darcy and Jack.

Deborah nixed Steve's offer of marriage once again.

April moved in to Margo's penthouse. Draper and Emily checked into the same Monticello hotel that Raven and Eliot are holed up in. Logan began his quest to retrieve Jamie. Steve was upset that Derek is transferring Deborah to a new department of the police force.

Emily checked with Deborah and learned that Kirk doesn't have a current record. Kirk (Draper) was hit by a car while Leo had another angina attack. Nancy and Nicole helped Kelly get a job with his puppets. Steve said goodbye to Deborah after accepting an undercover out-of-town job. Raven saw Derek while forcing Elliott to babysit for Jamie.

Draper (Kirk) wasn't spotted by Miles when he was bandaged after the car mishap. Logan kissed April for supplying the abandonment letter that Raven left April before going to Europe. A nurse spied on Kelly after he gave a hospital puppet show. Leo remembered substituting Draper's fingerprints for Kirk's. Leo objected when Emily and Kirk wanted to buy April's house. Raven tried to enlist Cliff in her cause.

Luke told Laura, who gave notice she's quitting her disco job that he wanted to marry her, not Jennifer. Laura was upset that Scotty and Bobbie enjoyed each others’ company on the Vegas trip with Mr, Smith. Anne tried to be understanding as Jeff went to see Heather, who spoke for the first time in months. Tracy started proceedings to have Alan Jr. undergo blood tests to determine his parentage. Susan refused to see Mitch as his secret apartment until she's sure he's divorcing Tracy. Scotty and Laura celebrated when he passed his bar exams. Jeremy, who's ready to go home, wanted Jeff to live with him and Anne.

Edward cut out Tracy from his will after learning about her blood tests for Alan Jr. Edward spilled the beans to Tracy about Mitch and Susan's love nest. Tracy fell for it when Mitch said he's lot Susan's to Susan to Frank's money and that Frank and Susan used the apartment. Rose set up a reconciliation meeting with Joe and his father, Paddy. Frank told Luke that Joe would have to be blown away if he continues investigating Frank's activities. Mitch worried that Joe will connect him with Frank. Lesley dated Howard after beginning divorce proceedings with Rick.

Scotty fell asleep and snored when Laura finally decided to tell him the truth about Luke. Alan set up his gunsights at Rose's where he plotted to knock off Rick and Monica. Tracy warned Mitch she'd tell Frank about Mitch and Susan if Mitch dares try to divorce her. Luke advised Bobbie not to get hung up on Joe who may be a marked man for investigating Frank. Howard told Lesley he'd stick by her until she gets over Rick. Scotty had confirmed a sale date with Jennifer and Luke while Laura had refused to see Luke again.

Ross and Amanda saved Ben after Lucille turned on the gas in hopes of doing away with Ben, who was sleeping. Hope remembered Alan's meeting with Cory Blake when news of Blake’s shooting death was reported. Elizabeth camped on Dr. LaCrosse's doorstep when he refused to see her. Mike started up his search for Moreno again. Daren told a mysterious phone caller he wouldn't do anything to harm Tim. Mike learned that Louise's suicide note was a forgery. Jackie agreed that Justin could tell Elizabeth the truth about Philip when he feels Elizabeth can handle the news. Holly asked Adam to give her away at her wedding. Daren took a liking to Morgan who's been dating Tim.

Tim was cleared of Louise's suicide when Daren was exposed as the guy who got her pregnant. Elizabeth returned in a funk after LaCrosse hedged her questions about Philip and said there must have been a hospital "switch" mistake. Holly chose her wedding dress. Mike had Moreno tailed before Moreno skips the country. While dining with Mike, Jackie spotted LaCrosse in Springfield. Ross made gains in romancing Eve. LaCrosse told Alan to tell Elizabeth the truth but LaCrosse wouldn't tell Alan who Philip's father is. Diane kept Elizabeth from seeing LaCrosse with Alan. Ross suspects Lucille of trying to kill Ben.

Amanda and Ben learned about Lucille's sessions with Dr. Fisher. Mike took off to locate Moreno at the same time Diane departed to deliver pay off money from Alan to Moreno. Tim was upset about the suicide publicity. Ed went to Holly's after fuming that Rita didn't return as scheduled. Hope gave Mike an ultimatum that she'd choose Alan over him if Mike pushes against Alan. Lucille claimed she's terminal but since she won't undergo hypnosis with Fisher. Mario unsuccessfully tried to keep Peter from learning that Katrina had returned from her vacation. Tom stole Tina's diary and a letter from her mother after letting himself in Viki’s house. Tina noticed the missing items. Asa and Bo laid aside their feuding in an attempt to get to know each other better. Mario tried to get pat to start seeing Bo again. Mick caught Tina and her boyfriend, Hal swimming at the health club late at night. Will sent to get Brad who was beat up before he was released from prison.

Brad was hospitalized with injuries suffered in the prison shower before he was released. Asa joined Samantha's vigil over Brad, who's on the mend. Jenny couldn't force herself to help Brad by admitting love. Tom returned Tina's diary, but not before she accused Becky of stealing it. Viki nixed further dates with her lawyer, Doug, then got a call from Tom saying he has news concerning Tina's past. Dorian didn't get custody of Melinda, who's not well enough to go through a divorce. Karen taunted Peter that he'd ruin many lives if he told Jenny the truth about Mary. Mick fumed at Samantha's dependence on Will and Brad.

Tom told Viki that he is Ted Clayton, Tina's father. Tina got Mick to her bed, but he wants no more to do with her. Pat visited Bo's Texas ranch. Karia and Ed grew closer after she was released from the hospital. Dorian learned about Ted, while Richard had Ed check out Ted's past. Johnny admitted he's hung up on Becky but won't go further since she's pregnant. Peter spotted Jenny praying for Brad, who survived another medical emergency. Siobhan retaliated that his drug business was the cause. Barry convinced Dee not to sue Faith. Frank talked Faith out of resigning since little John is mending. Joe was reported murdered. Jill was swept away by the attentions of Barry's singing client, Ken George Jones. Frank convinced Faith to seek AA help. Kim entertained Michael while Rae was away. Cindy Lee accused Jason of only being interested in Tracy for the money he can make from her career.

Miranda shunned Phillip and Taylor in order to zero in on Mac. Dennis was hired to work at Mike Marshall's Houston art gallery with Mike's daughter, Dawn. Reena invited Iris to Houston when Stryker wanted Kevin to do surgery on Mike's oil partner, Sheik Zehdi. The sheik arrived with his bodyguard, Ryan Connor, newphew of Mike's business rival Alex Wheeler. Jasmine is pals with Mike's daughter, Courtney, who studied medicine under Kevin. Dawn introduced Dennis to restaurant owner Maggie Dekker, whose nephew Max is foreman of the Marshall ranch. Blaine was relieved that Hazel didn't tell Larry about her mob involvement. Jordan told Buzz the mob wants Blaine taken care of but that she might be saved if Buzz sets himself up with Blaine. The mysterious man who's tailing Barbara is Johannsen, who was hired by Charles to stop her wedding to James at all costs. John warned Lyla that she isn't Bob's type after spotting her giving him the eye. But Lyla and Bob got along swimmingly and he hired her daughter Cricket as Franny's babysitter. Dee had second thoughts about whether she accepted John's wedding proposal in a moment of weakness. Brad admitted to Eric that it's Dee he's interested in, not Annie. But Dee steered clear of Brad after Annie admitted she's head-over-heels in love with Brad. Eric and Betsy got along better after he told her to be herself and not a pushy phony.

Betsy and Cricket vied for Eric's attentions. Betsy and Eric overheard a drunken Melinda falsely boast that she and Brad are lovers. Melinda tumbled out of Brad's boat during his company bash. The Stewarts fumed about John and Dee's engagement. Kim admitted to Steve that she's avoiding Nick because she can't tell him about his dead wife's infidelity. Lisa realized that Lyla is flashing eyes at Bob. Brad was in the dumps about Dee and John. Barbara felt like a prisoner because of James’ security measures at their apartment.

Annie comforted Brad about Melinda's drowning and confessed she loves him. James urged Grant to speed up legalities of establishing James as Paul's father. Betsy told the police she overhard Brad tell Melinda she would regret her actions. Since Melinda appeared to die from a knock on the head, things look bad for Brad. Eric is teed off that Betsy misconstrued Brad's conversation. John squirmed because Dee was concerned about Brad and nixed an elopement. Lisa learned Lyla is making headway with Bob. Johanhsen tailed Barbara.

Annie and Brad became engaged after he was cleared of killing Melinda. Johansen got hold of a private elevator key to James and Barbara's masquerade ball Joyce couldn't accept Grant's invitation to the ball because of illness, and Lisa refused to be Grant's second choice. Eric helped Cricket get a lifeguard job. Charles claimed James would disgrace his family if he marries Barbara. Dee hid her anguish about Brad and Annie. Bob comforted Lyla after John gave her a hard time at work.

Julie admitted to Maggie that she has feelings for Kellam. Alex told Marie that he married Mary because he couldn't have Marie. David blew a fuse over Trish being friendly with Josh. Leslie couldn’t shake thoughts of Alex while she was with Chris. Liz told Neil about her love-hate relationship with Kellam. Doug was jealous that Julie dated Kellam. Brad convinced Missy to fight for Luke. Ashley leaned on Jack while shutting John out of her life. Darcy noticed and was jealous. Greta dated Brad at Jeff's farewell party. Steve launched a search for Mona and Jessica, but Nola is convinced she's lost her baby forever.

Missy married Luke after disregarding Viveca's lastditch lies. Terri asked her mother's permission to have Bobbie move in with them. Ashley had a breakdown, then turned to Jack (who was making love to Darcy) after being arrested for speeding. Greta kissed Brad before the Dancy wedding.

Molly kept mum about "Kirk's" identity when Leo died before he could tell Kirk and Emily the truth. Geraldine was delighted with Kelly's puppet audition and may find a spot for him at WMON. Elliot contemplated using the letter to blackmail Raven.

April will testify on Logan's behalf in the custody case. Deborah and Calvin tracked down Raven and learned Raven hired an inept babysitter for Jamie. Miles learned bad news about Nicole's health. April planned to meet "Kirk" and Emily, who want to buy her house. Eliot kept Raven's letter, in which she approved giving Jamie to April and Draper.

A mysterious teenager, Jody trailed Nicole and Miles. April didn't recognize Draper's voice over telephone when she arranged for "Kirk" and Emily to move into April and Draper's old house. Raven accused Logan of having a fling with April, who indeed has grown fond of him. Emily and April became chummy. Mike spotted something fishy in a photo of the train wreck that supposedly killed Draper.

Mike's hunch was correct. Mile's autopsy revealed that the dead man wasn't Draper. Jody found shelter at Gavin Wylie's dance studio then found a job with Kelly at the Unicorn. April got Emily a job as Miles’ receptionist and Molly was hired as Julia's sitter. Raven told Elliott that Jamie is "worth" a multimillion dollar inheritance. Deborah tipped off Logan that Kirk has a criminal record and may be pulling a con game on April.

Molly noticed the Scotts’ wedding photo. She realized that Kirk is Draper and warned Emily against April meeting Kirk. Nicole was stunned that Jody's last name is Travis, Nicole's maiden name. Draper took a factory job with Jock DeLucca and remembered a blonde woman from his past. Kelly took an interest in Jody.

General Hospital

Monica took Alan's gun after the accident, warning Rick that Alan was out to kill them. Edward hired Bobbie as Alan's private nurse. Laura chickened out about telling Scotty the truth again when he wouldn't consent to move out of town.

Tracy conned Mitch into staying with her. Alan told Monica she'd live with him for another six months or he'd ruin her reputation and make sure she never saw her son again. Rick searched for proof that Alan planned to kill Rick and Monica. Jennifer told Frank she wasn't sure Luke really loved her. Frank asked Susan to marry him. Mitch told Susan he was being forced by Frank to return to Tracy. Edward drew up a trust fund for Mitch's campaign on the condition he stays married to Tracy. The paternity suit judge postponed his decision in Tracy's case.

Howard stood by Lesley during her final divorce decree day. Laura begged Luke to stay away from her because she has feelings for him but still loves Scotty. She realized that Luke and Bobbie stalled Scotty so Luke and Laura could be alone for a sailing date. Tracy and Mitch left for Albany but she warned that the paternity suit isn't finished. Monica diverted Rick from telling Tracy that Alan Jr. is his child. Jeff told Alice he wants to marry Anne. Frank gave Susan a ring. Frank gave the appearance of going legit by funding hospital projects.

Everyone was concerned that Lesley had a high old time after her divorce with Chet, a guy she picked up at a disco. Monica panicked upon learning that Alan Jr. has the Quartermaine birthmark. Amy noticed that Monica ordered new blood tests and realized Alan Jr. may be Alan's son after all. Diana worried that Heather asked for Steven Lars at the sanitarium. Susan said no to Frank's marriage proposal, then made a friendship pact with Joe. Alan paid dockworker Rocky Baker hush money about the day Alan went gunning for Rick. Frank assured Luke that no one is tailing him in the organization but that a load of cocaine is arriving in Port Charles. Frank warned Susan that he won’t give up on her because Mitch will never leave Tracy.

Monica kept mum that the blood test revealed that Alan is indeed Alan Jr.'s father. Frank agreed to Luke's demand that he drew a contract specifying Luke was not involved in any illegal duties. Luke had made this a prerequisite for his marriage to Jennifer. Lesley asked Rick not to rescue her again after she got drunk at the disco. Howard told Lee he will help Lesley over her rough times. Luke found Frank's "black book." Monica asked Rick to move to a new town with "their son." Joe and Bobbie will be best man and maid of honor at Luke's wedding.

Morgan suspected there was more to her father's car accident than Jennifer was telling. Lucille let Amanda know that Ben and Eve saw each other while Amanda was in Chicago. Hope and Alan met with rich Vanessa Chamberlain in Chicago.

Ed returned with Rita. Nola gossiped about Holly and Peter's split. Mike wondered who's depositing money in Jennifer's account. Ross and Lucille arranged it so Ben and Eve would run into each other, thereby making Amanda jealous. Vanessa is checking out Alan's cormpany for a possible merger. Ross told Eve that Vanessa once jilted him. Sara noticed that Morgan is getting serious about Tim. Hope disapproved of Mike confiding in Jennifer about his would-be love, deceased Renee. Elizabeth learned that LaCrosse took a powder, and that no babies were born with Phillip's blood type the day Phillip was supposedly born.

Ross realized Eve's his kind of woman after being seduced by Vanessa. Jennifer agreed to spy on Lucille for Mike. Adam couldn't accept Barbara's dinner invitation because he'd made plans with Sara. Amanda understood that Ben wants to remain friends with Eve. Vanessa taunted Hope that Alan's stripes will never change. Tim got a lifeguard job while Morgan got chummy with Kelly. Elizabeth heard a tape between Mike and Justin indicating that Jackie knows Phillip isn't Elizabeth's natural son. Elizabeth moved into a spare bedroom after meetings with Dr. Fisher. Philip wanted to move in with Jackie after he stole from a chum’s mother.

Elizabeth headed for a Swiss psychiatric clinic after assuming Jackie and Justin are in love. Mike smooched with Jennifer before checking up on Alan's connection to Loger's Swiss lawyer. Vanessa rubbed it in to Eve that she's been seeing Ross. Hope was miffed that Vanessa is taking up all of Alan's time with bogus business problems. Jackie worried that Alan would use Elizabeth's condition to regain custody of Phillip. Ross told Lucille they might use Vanessa to break up Ben and Amanda since Van finds Ben hunky. Ross got information on the Staffords from Pierson after warning him against blackmail attempts on Lucille. Ed arrived with Rita for Kelly's surprise birthday party for Morgan.

Mario beat up Edwina during a nightmare about Maria. Larry and Karen got reacquainted during a weekend together. Gretel agreed to be Herb's campaign manager. Ed didn't want to admit to Vinnie that he'll miss not having Karen at Ina's boarding house. Carla and Ed keep running into each other. Ted's interest in Tina stems from her future inheritance. Ted wants the Lord fortune, either through a romance with Viki or Dorian. Tina told Ted she didn't want to see him again. Brad collapsed after seeing Jenny and Peter together. A despondent Danny pulled some arm muscles in a fall from a tree house.

Dorian eyed Ted, but he pursued Viki. Pat was jealous that Bo dated Clint's new reporter, Sasha. Larry cautioned that Becky's Grand Ole Opry appearance could hurt her baby since Becky's been spotting. Mario reverted to his Marco personality and told Edwina to get out of their wedding plans. Mario wanted to tell the truth about being Marco, but Karen said it would ruin her and Larry's reconciliation. Katrina dated a truckdriver Marcello. Asa threatened to replace Mimi if she doesn't toe the line, but Chuck suggested Asa hold onto Mimi until Asa can win Samantha. Danny isn't eager to see Karen and Larry reunite.

Dorian saved Becky from aborting while at Opryland. Dorian accused Clint of being infatuated with Viki. Mick told Tina to stop teasing him if she wants Johnny. Johnny warned Samantha that getting involved with Asa will mean future problems. Bo was jealous that Johnny was friendly with Pat. Ted advised Tina not to chase after men. Karen made progress with Danny. Gretel and Herb matched Ed with newcomer Elizabeth. Mario returned after a disappearing act telling Karen he temporarily had selective amnesia.

Becky suffered a miscarriage. Mario and Edwina wanted to start their lives over again. But while going to Dorian's party, Mario bumped his head, ever reverted to Marco, and disappeared. Brad cried on Beverly Wilke's shoulder that he can't get Jenny back. Richard admitted to Clint that he doesn't want Becky to be a star. Dorian told Brad he could name his price if he got proof that Mario is Marco. Karen passed her real estate license tests and planned to move back with Larry and Danny. Ted refused to give Tina money for her own pad.

Barry apologized to Dee for using Lilly to make Dee jealous. Then Barry slept with Lilly. Jill refused Ken’s offer of a day in the mountains. At Rae's request, Seneca tried to warn Kim away from Michael. Jack and Siobhan resisted their love feelings for each other. Faith and Frank celebrated little John's hospital release. Frank complained to Faith that Jill wouldn't set a wedding date.

Kim gave Michael the bum's rush when he proposed marriage. Jack and Siobhan agreed to remain friends not lovers. Rae and Seneca warned Michael that Kim was only using him to make Seneca jealous. Jill learned Ken suffers some sort of ailment and pulls disappearing acts. Faith played up to Bob. Frank suspected that Jill is waiting for someone else in her life.

Lilly hid when Dee almost found her in the sack with Barry. Siobhan decided to split after the cops told her that the mob boys rubbed out Joe, who had taken the blame for knocking off Tizo. Kim told Frank that Rae had framed him in the political scandal. Kim learned that Rae and Roger had planed to buy Michael of out of Kim's life. Ken ingratiated himself with the Ryans.

Frank's political reputation was cleared because of Rae's documents. Dee found lingerie in Barry's bedroom which belonged to Lilly, but Barry claimed it was a very early Christmas present for Dee. Jill let her hair down when Frank didn't join her and Ken on a London jaunt. When Barry raved about Dee, Roger said she could have a pronto divorce. Siobhan couldn't face Jack before she left to join Pat.

Martin and Jo became engaged. Sunny was freed of all charges. Spence bugged Stephanie's phone. Stephanie cautioned Wendy against falling in love with Lee. Kathy admitted to Stephanie that she still loves David. Matthews took credit for dropping Sunny's trial. But Kathy's determined to prove he was in cahoots with Don, whose suicide-confession letter cleared Sunny of killing Beau.

Travis fretted that Liza reacted too calmly to news she'd never carry a child. Jamie asked Liza to help Timmy McKay recover from his father's death. Wendy ran to Kathy after Stephanie treated her like a child. Stephanie unwittingly got Spence a job with Ted. Lee tried to make amends with Sunny.

Nikki sold flowers for her new friends Matthew and Rebecca's New World group. Peggy set out to "save" Steve from Jill. Paul thought Patty’s friend Tim Walsh was only interested in Patty's body. Paul's folks told him to get a job or get out April apologized to her parents for her illegimate baby. Lorie feared losing Brooks if Leslie regains her memory and returns. Julia returned to Victor and said she's not afraid to be his woman. Julia thanked Brock for remedying her emotional hangups. Kay was impressed that Derek took corporate command.

Paul suggested April give up Heather for adoption, then rejoined New World group. Jonas told Leslie about her past but she didn't remember. Jill scored points with her boss, John. Lorie nixed exploring feelings for Victor for the time being. Julia was repulsed by Lorie's book, which Victor forced her to read. Mary had pregnancy problems. Douglas blackmailed Derek. Cult member Claudia tipped off Matthew that Steve is questioning the New World's legitimacy. Leslie decides to return to Genoa City to care for Brooks.

Leslie didn't recognize anyone, so Lucas brought her to see Brooks. Kay and Doug picnicked while Judy and Derek snuggled. Mary was hospitalized after bumping into Paul and she started to spot. Packard found Derek's bugging device. Casey gave Lucas his freedom to help Les. Liz realized Greg is living in fear. Nikki met Sumiko, the leaders of the New World group. John was immpressed by Jill's new product suggestions. On the 4th of July, Victor punched a guy for badmouthing America. A hitman sent by Rose and Vince tried to kill Greg but Liz is shot by mistake.
