Damn. I was looking forward to "Perfect Couples" and "Friends With Beneifits" this fall...looks like I'll have to wait until mid-season. Horrible lead in for "The Event" - "Chuck" is not going to help at all!

I like "Undercovers" at 8pm on Wednesday.

A lot of this stuff doesn't exactly jump out as a great hit, at least not on paper. I hope for their sake the money they burnt on Abrams and Bruckheimer pays off.

Having 2 L&Os back to back is a waste of the schedule, as it is with CBS and two NCIS.

With that lineup I'm surprised they didn't give David Tennant's show a try. He's not a name by any means but he does have a cult following in the US, and he probably comes cheap, so they could have built on something.

You are pouring too much poison over Abrams and accusing him of things he really had little to do with. For example, Lost. Lost is not Abrams's show, it's Lindelof & Cuse's. Alias? Pinkner. Fringe? Pinkner.

You have to see with what he has been involved, for how long and stuff like that.

He has plenty of flaws, and I'm not a fanboy as many accuse me here of being, but accusing him with such nonchalance and ease is not really a way to go.

Don't most people say those shows are still Abrams's even if he hasn't been working on them for years?

None of the shows interest me. No wonder my tv is never on NBC. The only thing I do watch is Sunday Night Football. The rest of the fall schedule is pure [!@#$%^&*].

Those shows are part of the Abrams Universe, and he helps launch the series and has input, but he's not the showrunner/creative force. Undercovers will be Josh Reims' show. I think Abrams was showrunner for the first two seasons of Alias, and I think all seasons of Felicity.
