Members Chris B
Thats why he shouldn't tell everyone everything he auditions for. I do think thats kinda bad luck and puts too much pressure on the actor. Now that he didn't get it his fans are gonna have to send back their Hawaii 5 0 DVDs and shut down their Danno websites. Members SFK
It's one thing to be excited and optimistic, but I agree, why set yourself up like that? Instead of worrying about your image and trying to convince everyone that you're a hot commodity, just have a little more humility and faith in yourself and your ability. If the job comes, it comes. Was he hoping to create a buzz, like fan support would convince the producers to cast him?
Members Sylph
I have no idea what actually gave him the idea that he would get cast in that show. Especially as a leda, i.e. Danno. He's not really known, does not have what that particular role calls for, and CBS is seriously pimping this show together with its creators (Kurtzman & Orci ). If it were a 'lesser' show, he might have had a chance. This how? No way. What was he thinking?
Members catsmeouch
If he's talking so openly about pilot season, I guess it really means he's leaving. Muhney is great at playing psychotic jackasses (see Sheriff Lamb on Veronica Mars), so maybe that's the kind of role he should be going for. Members SFK
To me, it sounds like ego padding. He is feeling unsure about his future with Y&R and he feels the need to share with his fans (but more importantly, to reassure himself) that he's potentially got a lot going for him outside of his career in daytime and should he lose his Y&R gig, it's really no biggie. Twitter is bad for some people. Naked neuroses.
Members MoTheGreat
I'm so happy that He get to stick around to explain to us about what a scene suppose to be like. I really didn't know who was going to do it. Now I'm so relieve.

Members DRW50
It was only a few months ago that he did the joke about saying it was his last taping, or whatever, and some got very upset, and then this was a joke. I think he just wants to make sure people are following what he's saying. I don't care whether he stays or goes, I don't believe there's anything left for Adam. The fact that so many seem to comment on the actor (even a lot of the praise for Sharon and Adam seems to come from people enjoying the friendship between the actors) suggests just how dead end Adam is as a character. Members Juliajms
Adam died when he killed Ashley's baby and he was buried when he switched her for Sharon's child. Soap characters have survived worse, but not on Y&R. Not unless they are a villain who shows up every few year's. I cannot see Adam coming back from all that he's done and living his life happily ever after in GC.
Members DeeeDee
The only way would be a serious redemption arc but it will NEVER happen.
Members MoTheGreat
He can under other writers with common sense & who love to write for soaps. These writers Y&R got are a joke. I'm talking to you MAB.
Members Khan
You got that right. Adam had so much potential as a young man in constant conflict between his father's influence and mother's simpler values; letting him spin this far out of control was a waste. At this point, I wouldn't settle for anything less than Sharon flipping out and stabbing him to death with a pair of scissors.
