Oh, man. The Spectra gang! Such manna from heaven! Some laughs.

Mulcahey wrote it, but it wasn't stupid/stilted, it was FUN. Thank goodness. I FF'd Taylor/Thomas/Steffy. I only half paid attention to Ridge/Brooke.

But the Spectras...(whatever they're calling 'em now)...they got my FULL attention. It was even great to see someone at Darla's desk again.

The story direction is really promising right now...

...but most of all there has to be stability. And too any bridges were burnt for me; I can't see Team Spectra/Marone to have more longevity than 3 months which plain sucks.

BTW, LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the Whipple!

Love Whip. Love the Jackie M crew as a whole, actually. Can't wait for Bridget & Whip to meet again as there always was sparkage there. Whip trading barbs with Stephanie, Pam and Clarke was priceless.

Bill & Katie are the hottest about-to-be couple B&B have had in more than a decade. B&B is ostensibly a show about romance -- or rather The Many Loves of Ridge, Brooke and Nick. Thank god somebody wised up and realized that Owen & Jackie and Bill & Katie could deliver. ESPECIALLY Bill & Katie. When he had his arm around her waist and was egging her on to choose the cover of the magazine, you could practically hear the crackle of electricity.

Forrester Creations. Yawnsville. Steffy's line about "I don't do modelling, I like playing on my skateboard" while she was shellacked with make-up and hair out of Dynasty made me LMAO. As for the Bridge/Tridge stuff, spare me. When Brooke and Taylor were in scenes together and Taylor went "Look..." I half expected her to finish "...why are we even fighting over this old blowhard?" Speaking of blowhard, Eric's got the peepaw wheeze going on, making his scenes defending his Barbie bride even more icktastic.

This show is beyond boring. Ridge and Brooke brothel 1,000,000. Gawd..seriously..is Ridge that good in the sac?? Or is he heavily endowed? My gosh Taylor and Brooks are so back and forth with this awful ugly disgusting man.

Glad to see Rick Hearst back but Whip Jones is such a dull character. I miss his days as Alan Michael. The only character in my opinion that he shined in. Now we have Brooke Whip take 2..Ugh...hated it the first time around.

    • Andre has the worst fashion of the males which is off putting for someone as fine as he is. His jackets and sweaters look dated and no vintage does not work for him
    • I don’t recall MSW having a toy line in the late 80’s or early 90’s like all those Saturday morning cartoons did LOL but thought this was cute when I saw it in a vintage toy store yesterday:

    • Copying and pasting pasting this here as to not to derail the KL thread lol Wow I forgot CBS actually did try multiple attempts to come up with a soapy replacement for Knots on Thursday nights in the 10/9 slots for the 93-94 season.   Angel Falls had promise but CBS didn’t give it a fair chance. Latham’s Second Chances got even worse ratings than Angel Falls and wasn’t given a second chance when the Northridge quake destroyed the show’s sets. One West Waikiki looked gorgeous but was a blink you missed it affair. Finally we got Hotel Malibu, a quasi follow-up to Second Chances that stayed as the summer replacement series it was. CBS switched gears and had Chicago Hope air in the slot…against ER. It made the Top 30 but obviously underperformed below expectations. CBS gave up, and gave us 48 Hours for years there. It wasn’t until the 2002-03 season when CBS finally produced a Top 20 show for that spot with Without A Trace against an aging ER.
    • Of course I join in on wishing that Peacock & Corday & Sony would all together come to the conclusion that NOW would be a fine time to put some of these gems in the archive on full display!!! But, at the same time I'd like to give kudos to the fact that behind the scenes they've been doing the great work of preservation by taking tapes, etc. & converting them to modern digital formats. Besides the important fact of preserving them it means they are ready to go!

    • Bill and Hayley’s living room set should be redressed as their bedroom. We’ve not seen their gorgeous circular entry way set since the first week? Why not utilise that more and build them a living room off those double doors? The hotel room also doesn’t have a bed? Does only Dani have a bedroom?
    • as posted upthread, this interview was on that channel's youtube   https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YLraEMlqtTw
