I thought he was ok, but certainly not emmy calibre or anything. Personally I hope this recast is just a detour to the character's end on this show..... they seem to be painting him into a corner anyway.

I liked CE's interpretation of Adam. I didn't feel it was forced at all. I bought the whole Kansas, abit of a conservative, a bit deceptive Victor/Hope combo he had going. Anyway the show must go on. SC and JM stood out to me today

Michael Muhney is really fantastic at playing scummy characters, I think he's going to be great as Adam, and better than Engen ever was.

Though, I'm sure some who liked Engen will hate the recast before he even starts.

I know some hate it, but a lot of people are LOVING it right now and its such a disservice to the fans that CE and TPTB couldn't work it out. Its going to shake up the momentum of the storyline.

I loved the Billy/Sharon convo today. It's nice to know how Billy feels about Jack. I also thought the Mac/Chloe scenes were good. I don't want Chloe to be stuck in this "Hera" role for too long though. She's way too fun and cute to have to be reigning Billy in left and right.

I can't get into Mac/Clem. Wish I could. She's ruined Billy for me.

The writers ruined him for me by making him pine away for Mac... just out of the blue.

It is about time that Nick acknowledged how he failed Sharon when Cassie died. Of course, everyone continues to gives him a pass his horrific behavior. It is so sickening. At minimum, I am glad that he is no longer consoled by his replacement wife and daughter. Peter Bergman and Sharon Case were really good today. They have a good brother/sister vibe. There is no sexual chemistry there. This triangle is about out of gas and has to end.

I liked Chloe confronting Mac, but damn I am sick of Billy and Mac. Put them together and free Chloe before they make her boring also.

For soaps' sake, Y&R stylists please straighten CF's hair or update her hair style.
